  I want to highly recommend Leonardo F. for going above and beyond to help me out. On Thursday, June 11th, I walked into AutoZone looking for a replacement belt for my HVAC machine. I didn't know the exact size or part number, and I only had my old, worn-out belt with me.Leonardo greeted me right away and asked if I knew the dimensions. When I told him I didn't, he didn't hesitate for a second. He kindly said, "No worries, I have a little measuring tape we can use." He carefully measured my old belt right there on the spot and figured out it was 37 inches.He quickly located the correct 37-inch belt in the system, but I asked him if it would be possible to get one that was just a half-inch smaller instead, as I knew that slightly tighter fit would run much better on my specific machine. Without any hesitation or issue, Leonardo tracked down the exact half-inch smaller part I needed and handed it right over.Thanks to his patience, kindness, and excellent parts knowledge, my HVAC machine is officially up and running perfectly again! Employees like Leonardo are the reason I will keep coming back to this AutoZone location. Thank you so much for the top-tier service!

  If Auto Zone were a person, it would be Michael S.! I recently stopped into this location needing new shocks and a headlight cover. I'd been struggling with online research and even went to a competitor who sold me the wrong parts. Then I met Michael S. I gave him my VIN and listed out all the issues I was having. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part, explained the different brands and types, and helped me make an informed decision. He worked through my whole list—and even when parts weren't in stock at this location, he found the nearest store to my home and gave me the part numbers. Michael was honest that he had limited experience with my specific vehicle, but he used every resource available to find exactly what I needed. He took his time with me, answered all my questions, and made the interaction personal—even with a growing line behind me. This experience reminded me why I'm a proud, returning Auto Zone customer. Thank you, Michael S., for going the extra mile and being an excellent example of this company's values. Also love that this location is open 6 AM–12 AM most nights!

  Leonardo F. was a great helper today, i went in and back out with no issues, he helped me fix my engine air filter and changed the cabin air filter for me, and then he also helped me get the right color of anti freeze and explained what happens if you mix 2 different color, and he helped me get the correct one and changed it for mee too and i asked him about my brake rotors for both front passanger and driver because i thought they were bad anf then he checked them and told me how they looked bad vs new ones and i didnt realize mine werent good no more and then he told me there was a special deal where you buy 2 brake rotors you get a set of brakepads included for free and he also warned me before buying the wrong brake fluid, i had the dot 4 but he corrected me and showed me my car used dot 3 and there was another special for brake cleaner, brake fluid and brake grease all for 6$, overall great customer service , i was in and out of there and ill defifnitly be coming back here for sure, this store had all the parts i needed and this young gentleman helped me find my correct parts and told me new stuff i never knew about and to prevent for future issues and i got great information that i now know and i can also help others in my situation, but again, Thank you Leonardo F, 10/10 service, and ill be coming back to autozone for every issue i have on my car, thank you autozone, great customer service

  I really appreciate and grateful to Mr Michael Solomon for helping me install my batteries..it was a little bit complicated but Mr Solomon worked so hard in a humid night to get it Done. Im beyond grateful ..he is very knowledgeable and kind to a woman who was scared with a spark. Thank you Sir you are an AWESOME PERSON.
