She lied about when her store puts out discount and refund tags (the yellow ones with black writing) I contacted two other stores and they confirmed that all stores put out tags early. The tags themselves are deceptive and show a price that doesn’t exist til you pay , get receipt, and jump thru more hoops. Katy does not know how to act in a customer service environment, and only acquiesced to help me after I demanded the number to Martin the area manager. Another store gave me his info and I will be reporting to him or above him how their Haltom City store is ran, and how terrible the management is there. (Not Lacy- she was awesome) Katy essentially called me a liar while I had proof in my hand and she could go check cameras that what I told her was correct about HER STORES FAILURE. But she chooses to think that will just disappear, and not follow up to her management when she has completely failed me as a customer. Katy is not management material, and should reprimanded for for failures in the role that she continues n a fraudulent manner. Don’t ship Haltom City Advance Auto Parts. Katy will fail you.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
