  HE TECHNICIAN BROKE MY DIPSTICK AND TOLD ME HE'S GOING TO REPLACE IT COME BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I CAME BACK AND NO DIPSTICK. NOW IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME YET.

  I don’t know what they use to tighten up these bolts but they stripped mine on a brand new truck

  I brought my vehicle in there a lot and if there is a one constant worker who does every I see all the time is Jaquan he moves he talks to me when I pull up tells me the wait time and when they will be with me then when I get in he is very nice with the presentation opens my hood then when I look again he is changing the oil I don’t know there full job positions but he does it all then he is back at the window for payment with a smooth process workers like him will keep me coming back

  My ENTIRE experience was FABULOUS! I was greeted by nice gentlemen who got to work right away. They explained everything well making sure I completely (and actually) understood all that they needed to communicate to me. The gentleman who helped me at my window showed me the computer to allow me to see what needed to be done versus what I could wait on. I got help deciding what was more of a hot button issue as I need to put my car on the road for a longer trip the next day after this service. He applied discounts where applicable and able, and made sure that I had full understanding of everything they did. The entire service was phenomenal and efficient and the price was amazing as well. The fact that I could stay in my car while they worked and we communicated in real time was an additional bonus.
