  I called saflite auto for a quote, they wanted to get all of my information ,where I lived ,my email .didn’t want to talk about the price . So I checked online for reviews. So thank you safelight for being jerks . You really done me a favor. Answering service need more than a bad review.(Replacment) !!!!

  I’d like to take time to recognize the team at Safellite Greenville - manager Travis, his team Anthony “Tony” and KT. Travis and his team have a great work atmosphere and the professionalism is awesome. KT did an amazing job replacing my windshield can’t even tell it was even replaced! Tony, is who I worked with the most and from our first encounter this past weekend, to Monday when my service appointment came, he provided exceptional customer service. Remembered my name, positive attitude, answered my million and one questions without any problems. He wasn’t trying to upsell me on anything or stead me the wrong way but rather gave me options he felt would best fit my situation. He was honest and made sure I felt like I was in great hands. More so even after he recommended and referred me to a window tinting business across the road with fair pricing and great work. This team even replaced my wipers and were kind enough to put my new registration sticker on for me. It’s the little extra things that make a difference sometimes. I’m glad I stopped by and met this team because I felt welcomed and not rushed or pressured into doing anything. They working very fast and were punctual to what time they said my vehicle would be ready so that’s also great. Hats off to this team and I hope yall get a bigger shop because business should be booming with your customer service! I’ll be sure to refer my new friends to this shop!   Austin was awesome. He was pleasant, efficient and got the job done quickly and even moved my car back to a closer parking spot at work when he was done.

  The shop personnel was nice and cordial, but 30 days after the tiny rock chip repair the crack started spreading. I called and was told that they now have to replace the whole windshield and I was now going to be $1000 out of pocket. It makes no sense that this tiny chip could not be fixed, I have fixed them myself before, but since this is a brand new vehicle I wanted to make sure it was done right. What a joke. Found a local shop that will replace the windshield for $600 cheaper and USA made. Do not recommend.

  Do not go here! I'm not sure how they have such good reviews, probably bots... I don't even know where to begin. But their customer service was abysmal. I schedule an with them and then because of their own mistake had to cancel it and then they couldn't get me until almost a week later! Not even an apology from the manager! Then, when they do finally show up, the glass that they brought with them was busted! They offered me $100 discount but seemed almost offended when I declined and said well it's probably going to be another week or so before we can get more glass. They reschedule for me for just over a week later... Again, it just seems like the manager did not even care at all. I promptly canceled my appointment with them and called another company (Kingsman Auto Glass). They got me fixed up within 2 days. The only reason they couldn't get me same day because they had to order glass from the warehouse. The one upside was that the technician who showed up with the broken glass was very apologetic and professional. He also told me he does not work for the Greenville location and was just helping them out that day. If you're local to the Greenville area, find any other auto glass shop!
