  I had my car towed here on the recommendation of the place I had coasted into when my serpentine belt broke. That was just the tip of the iceberg and car ended up totaled. All through that process, Mavis kept me informed. They not only didn’t charge me for all that work, they offered to help me move my things from my old car to the rental. When I bought a used car to replace the totaled car, I brought it to Mavis to have them check it out. They did a thorough job, gave me advice on getting the smoke smell out, and still didn’t charge me. I had asked them to replace the cabin filter but they were honest and told me I didn’t need to. I’m bringing my car back next month to get some routine maintenance done and to finally get to pay them for their fantastic service. They’ve been kind and helpful during a rough time for me and I highly recommend Mavis in Greenville.

  I would like to say that this tireplace, every single one of these people in there have the biggest heart and the best manners and the best service that they can provide with people in need. If you need a place to go and change your tires, that they are gonna care for every bit of your expectations. This is the place they help me out. In my dire need and they didn't even charge me. Thank God that there are still places around here. That really care about doing good business. Thank you, Mavis.

  Fast and good service. A little high but they are on top of it. They greeted us outside and Marshall and Ethan was awesome to deal with. 5 stars and I will come back.

  Stopped here for oil change and tire alignment. They did it quick and fast at a very affordable price. The waiting area is also very spacious and customer service very good. Highly recommend it for your tire maintenance, oil repair and anything else cars related

  I arrived at 8:00 AM on June 26, 2026, with a screw stuck in one of my front tires. I was welcomed by a friendly manager; although I don't speak English, the staff repaired the tire for me free of charge. Thank you for your kindness—I will always remember this unforgettable moment.
