  Good workers very polite and helpful went in to get my oil changed because I was having issues with it doing it myself and they got it fixed for me

  After months of wrong answers and no help from several shops to try to get my vehicle fixed. This brakes plus was absolutely amazing. All of the workers were very helpful and informative. I was finally able to get my vehicle completely fixed from several wrong repairs from other shops prior. They will break everything down and explain everything in detail while also being able to work with you financially. The general manager is amazing to work with. She helped us in so many ways. We are so unbelievably grateful!! Always choosing this shop for any other help from here now on!

  The team at Brakes Plus in Greenville is absolutely fantastic! They provided a clear estimate and walked me through the entire process, carefully explaining exactly what my car needed. They broke down all the costs upfront so there were no surprises. I scheduled an appointment for the following day, and they finished the work that very evening. Later, I had a quick question and gave them a call. Even though they were already closed, they actually drove back to the shop just to check on my vehicle and ensure everything was as it should be. They replaced my entire front suspension including the struts and tie rods and completed a full alignment. My car now drives a hundred times better than it did when I brought it in. I highly recommend them! the store manager, Trevor, and Billie who truly made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Bridgette was also incredible, answering all my questions when I originally only stopped in for a quick estimate. This entire team is absolutely stellar!

  I dropped my suv off July 27th, I wanted to give you guys a try for convenience purposes for my cars going forward, I had a failing brake issue and during your "inspection" you found that I "needed" a new master cylinder (cheap brand btw), a recycled booster and a brake flush. You quoted me $1,350... Thankfully I was able to still drive it and took for a second opinion down the street.. they found the vacuum brake hose disconnect is all. Free of charge. Absolutely ridiculous that you couldn't find this during your "inspection". Wont be earning my future business and I caution anyone to seek a second opinion.
