    I stopped by this morning because I thought my alternator was going bad. When I entered the store, I was greeted right away with two smiling faces and when I explained my situation, one of those smiling faces jumped in to assist me. That smiling face was Fred. He tested my alternator and wasn’t completely convinced my issue was the alternator- so he carefully looked over my engine. Within seconds, he identified my issue- a broken belt. I was already so thankful for Fred because he could have just sold me a $300 alternator and called it a day, but instead he took the time to find the root source of my problem. The story doesn’t end there though. I was going to be okay with paying for the part and finding a way for someone to install it for me. However, Fred got some tools, a thing of cardboard, and said he was going to attempt to put it on for me. He did mention this was something they aren’t supposed to do so this review is not to tattle on him but to commend him for going way above and beyond for a customer in need. Fred worked on that part for almost a whole hour- that thing was a booger! At the tail end of him getting it on, Jose (the 2nd smiling face I mentioned at the start) came out and assisted Fred with the final touches to really secure this belt in place. This goes beyond good customer service because you can chalk up good customer service to those smiling faces. But these gentlemen didn’t let it end there- they went above and beyond. Fred truly is a good Texas man and I couldn’t thank him enough. Jose is a good Texas man as well since he was there to support his coworker and in turn, supporting me. The belt replacement was successful, by the way. Fred stayed to test it and make sure it resolved my issue. It was a success! I can’t say enough good things about this store and these gentlemen especially. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Literally just the best staff at this location. I got my oil changed That take five and when I went to go get my codes red on the car by Christan, who was a great help the last time I was here she helped me again and she cleaned the car off the staff especially Donna helped me find another great place to go get my car worked on as far as oil changes go and Brad he’s the store manager, and he honestly went above and beyond alongside the rest of the staff by helping me go back to the oil place to get something figured out so they could put oil in my car and just get the situation made right and help me get a part for the car so this staff here is not a 10 out of 10 but literally 1000 out of 10 because you’re not getting that kind of service anywhere else and I highly recommend it

    Stopped by AutoZone to buy a battery for my minivan and got exceptional service by Andrew. He installed it for me and got me back on the road quickly.

    Just last week, I went to Auto Zone to get a middle back break light for my car. The first young man (I don't remember his name, and he should be grateful for that) told me my brake light cost over $200.00, and it needed to be shipped...wouldn't be there until the next day. He never went outside to double check if he had the right information...pissed me off 🙄whatever😒. So, I paid...went up there the next day, and met a young man named Fred Mastan. He helped me take the screws out where the middle brake light was, and told me that I paid for the wrong part. He went back inside, grabbed the RIGHT part (A BULB🤦🏾‍♀️), and put it in for me. Fred, also, gave me a refund of my money (paying only less than $10.00), and was very kind 😇. He made my day🌻💪🏾
