  Had a small car issue I thought was gonna be bigger than it actually was, but Willard Automotive in Grapevine totally came through. The team was super helpful and genuinely nice to deal with. If you’re not super confident with cars, definitely give these guys a shot. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience at Willard Automotive! I brought my car in for service, and they found that my brakes were extremely worn, my battery was at 1%, and I even had a nail in my tire. They took the time to explain everything clearly and got me fixed up quickly. The pricing felt fair, the staff was friendly and professional, and I never felt pressured. They even washed my car and gave me a cool air freshener before I left! It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but Willard Automotive definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!

  I would highly recommend using Willard Automotive for your maintenance needs. I drive a Cadillac that had a complex AC issue impacting the passenger side vents. Looking back, I am very happy with the way Willard Automotive managed the process of troubleshooting and repairing my vehicle. But what is more important is how I was educated, informed, and treated. They earned my trust (oh and my AC is as cold as ever now!).

  Willard has been great for our automotive needs. We have two cars and send both. The staff at Willard are very informative and take the time to make sure you know what is going on, what options you have, and how to move forward. All of that with the intent to work with you on what you can afford. They respect the client well, and treat the car as their own. I recommend Willard to anyone who wants a team to know you and your car and stick with you for the long-haul!

  Thorough, fast and kept me updated along the way. Convenient for me as they're right up the road but definitely worth the time/money spent compared to other quotes I received.
