  I've had a good experience, and a bad experience. After taking 6 months to complete what I would describe as medium damage to the front end, we finally got the car back in the fall. They missed a very important issue that revealed itself in the spring; the 'doors' that control hot and cold flow were stuck on hot, i.e., when I turned on the air conditioning, I got hot air. Insurance was already signed off so there was no recourse. And after 6 months of time that they should have been thorough, they indeed were not accepting responsibility. My next car, which I will purchase soon, will not be a Sewell.

  Dillan and his team are very professional and communicate well they thru the process of repairs. I was very satisfied with the final repairs in my BMW, it was put back together like new. I highly recommend this collision center!

  Did a phenomenal job with the repair, my agent was super nice and professional and the repair was done in a timely manner however, I found a pair of used retainers (green case) in the center console space which I usually keep closed. This is disgusting. Whoever test drove the car left their retainers in my car!
