I was greeted very warmly and kindly by a girl at service and then immediately taken to the service dept to get it checked out. They took time to show me around, make sure I was comfortable in their nice waiting area, had fresh cookies and coffee, and got me fixed in a very efficient manner! Thankful for their care and attentiveness right off the bat!
