  My husband Nathaniel purchased a new BMW X5 model vehicle from Sewell BMW of Grapevine and a wonderful salesman named Aiden Stricklin! Aiden greeted us at the door and was very friendly. He welcomed us as if he knew us Already. He listened to our needs and what we wanted. After we purchased the Vehicle, Aiden, showed us how everything worked in the vehicle. Aiden is knowledgeable, smart, friendly, and a great salesman. He’s been there when we need him!   We love our new X3. We walked into Sewell BMW Grapevine and was introduced to Lorenzo. He showed us a couple of cars, but my wife fell in love with the car that we finally purchased all through the process. Lorenzo was flexible. Great to deal with and an absolute pleasure. I’ve been in touch with Lorenzo a couple of times because of things I just didn’t know and Lorenzo has always helped me out no hassle no problem. Thoroughly recommend Sue BMW Grapevine and Lorenzo Ford.

From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. My client advisor, Max Gogo, was exceptionally professional, patient, and informative, and at no point did I feel any sales pressure. On the day I took delivery, Max was actually en route to the airport for a family wedding, yet he still came into the dealership personally to make sure every aspect of the vehicle and the delivery experience met my standards. This level of commitment reflects a culture of service that is increasingly rare.
