    I’ve left a review before, but I wanted to come back again. The treatment in the service department is top tier! While I have been looking to purchase another car, I’ve hesitated because the service department here is so good that I honestly want to stay. Literally everyone is phenomenal! However, my service advisor, Grant S., gets a special shout out! Not only is he kind, efficient, knowledgeable and patient….but that man is as handsome as they come! I think I come in so often just to look at him! Haha! Really, he is a great guy and truly makes sure my car is good. I can’t say enough good about the service department. It’s one of the best!

    Horrible service. I normally go to plano to get work done but it appears I had to drive out here. Wife took our vehicle to have a scratch looked at and this team couldn't even assist with a simple matter. This Sewell is by far the worst customer service ever. Service person bad, reception person bad and the body shop even worst. I'm also adding that we took our vehicle to service to have an alignment as well and the team drained our battery and then had us to pay for it $615 dollars later. Again we take our vehicle to plano always had checks performed on the vehicle no issues. I would have least wanted them to apologize for their mess up. Lastly they took a role and had a person drive our vehicle from grapevine to rockwall risking an accident additional damage a possible nail in the tire all of the above. So the collision place is not even the concern it's more of the service department....

    When I decided to purchase a BMW M2, I went to Sewell BMW of Grapevine. I arrived on a slow morning and approached a group of salesmen and asked who knew the most about the M cars and they pointed to Blake Bonner. I made an appointment to discuss the purchase. When I arrived, before discussing the car, Blake told me about the dealership, the quality of customer service they insisted on and some examples of extremes they went through to satisfy customers. He showed me the service department and walked me through the service bays. I felt thoroughly informed about the dealership. When we sat down to talk about the car, he knew every detail and had recommendations for me. We completed the deal right in his office without sending me to see “the other guy”. I missed a signature on one form and he came to my house to get that completed. I took delivery of my car at the factory in South Carolina and had a thorough briefing of all systems there. When I returned to Texas, Blake took time to go through a few things that I still had questions about. I couldn’t be happier about my purchase experience with Blake and BMW of Grapevine.

From start to finish, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made the entire car-buying process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. His customer service went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate how well he took care of me. I would highly recommend Audland Gumbs to anyone looking to buy a car at Sewell BMW Grapevine.
