- EVErnesto VegaMar 30, 20265.0I got a fantastic service at BMW of Grapevine Service Department. I got stranded on my way to work, due to a ruptured coolant hose and towed the car later that day to BMW of Grapevine Service Department. Erin, quickly greeted me and I explained to her what had happened. I told her, I also had an extended warranty on my car and she said, the technician would take a look at my car and let me know what needed to be replaced. Turned out, it was more than one part that needed to be replaced and Erin informed me, she’d reach out to the car’s extended warranty company to see what they’d cover. She kept me up to date all throughout the repairs, as well as what the car’s extended warranty would cover on the repairs. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, about two hours prior to picking it up, I got a flat tire on the loaner I had, and they immediately dispatched a Lyft driver to take me home and then, to the dealership when the car would be ready. The first two Lyft drivers couldn’t locate me, but the third did, and took me to the dealership, as the car was ready for me to pick up. Erin explained the work that was done on my car very clearly. I thanked her for her outstanding service, and left thoroughly happy in my BIMMER. I’m nothing, but genuinely appreciative for the excellent service everyone provided me with. Thank you very much, y’all.
