  Easy to schedule and very reasonable pricing compared to BMW dealers. I needed a parking brake clip replaced on my 440i. German engineers made it hard to access so it’s a bit labor intensive. Still crazy that BMW quoted $1500 (incl plastic clip price of $250). I bought an aluminum clip for about $100 online and German Car Car installed it for $600…so less than halve the dealer price. I’m very pleased with the experience and will definitely use them again.

  Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to the car. They were very honest and not trying to sale services that were not needed. I will be back.

  My experiences working with German Car Care have all been great. I have found all of their mechanics to be excellent. My first experience with German Car Care, they identified an issue with my car that had been identified in a technical service bulletin and reffered me back to the dealer to have the item replace under an extended warranty, that I had never been advised existed. This last time they were able to replace a broken part with the ORIGIONAL MANUFACTURER EQUIPMENT for ~2/3 of the price of the dealer. THANKS FOR THE GREAT WORK.
