  I drive a 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK 350. After a horrible experience with Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine, shortly after I purchased the car, I turned to German Car Care for help. I have been taking my car to German Car Care for probably 10+ years now. Although I see extremely high end cars on the lot, staged to be serviced, German Car Care always makes me feel valued as a Customer. Most recently, I purchased four new tires for my car and needed an alignment and my brakes checked. My first call was to German Car Care. I had the pleasure of speaking with Janice. She regrettably informed me that they do not have the necessary equipment to handle the alignment. This should have been the end of our conversation but it wasn't. She proceeded to recommend a fellow business in the Grapevine area that could do the work in a high caliber fashion. She advised me to get my tires aligned ASAP and call her back and schedule the brake check. Getting car work done can be very intimidating however, people like Janice (who know the business), the German Car Care techs and leadership, take the anxiety away by providing honest and reliable work. They are experts in German cars!

  Absolutely love this place. Got my car towed here and next day they had it ready for me with the run down of everything that was replaced. Highly professional and helpful definitely recommend.

  German Car Care is the only place I trust with my Porsche. They provide honest, no-pressure service and always complete the work in a timely manner. They even offer complimentary Uber service, and my car always comes back washed and cleaned. Excellent customer service. 5⭐️

  Such a great company! The staff is friendly, competent and patient in explaining your needed repairs. Plus their prices are the fairest in town. I’ve had various car maintenance needs taken care of by them and they are always 5 star!

  I have been coming to this place since I got my Mercedes in 2020 and it was the best place I’ve went to and recommended to people and after I got my bmw everything was great except today. Today janice answered the phone and was the rudest . Mind you everytime I call they are friendly. Basically all I needed was a quote on the lights that came on my car which I have been doing for the past 6 years . Soon as I said hello I need to know how much these will cost me ? Without even explaining my issue janice cut me off to say “WE DONT DO THAT HERE” I explained to janice that I’ve been coming for 6y and they usually tell me how much these service will be she responded we don’t do that here you can come in if you want so they can look at it then said bye . It’s sad to say they lost a loyal Customer EDIT!!!!! Someone else responded to me and helped me out! Never had an issue until JANICE answered the phone but Rebecca was very nice and helpful
