  To Whom It May Concern, I am extremely disappointed with the experience I received at your so-called luxury/exotic vehicle location. Approximately three weeks ago, I reserved a BMW 7 Series sedan specifically for my daughter’s special day. I spoke directly with the manager at that time and explained how important this event was. I was assured that the vehicle would be secured and held for me. However, the evening before pickup after business hours I received a message from Briana informing me that the BMW 7 Series was suddenly unavailable and that the only option left was a BMW X7 SUV. This was both unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially after I had planned this reservation weeks in advance and communicated the importance of the occasion. When I arrived at the location at 9:30 a.m., I was even more disappointed. For a location advertised as luxury/exotic, there was absolutely nothing luxury or exotic about the inventory available. The lot mainly consisted of standard vehicles such as passenger vans, Sonatas, and other basic models that do not align with the branding or expectations of an exotic rental experience. Because there were no suitable alternatives available, I reluctantly accepted the X7. To make matters worse, the vehicle had clearly not been cleaned or properly prepared. There was bird droppings all over the exterior, which is unacceptable for any rental vehicle especially one categorized as “luxury.” Additionally, the level of customer service provided by Briana was disappointing. There was no sense of urgency, empathy, or professionalism regarding the inconvenience caused, despite knowing this was for my daughter’s important event. While she mentioned she had only been there five months, customers should still receive proper service and communication regardless of an employee’s tenure. I am also an Executive Elite customer, and if this is how Executive Elite members are treated, I will gladly take my business elsewhere where customers are actually valued and respected. It is also unacceptable that vehicles are not even provided with a full tank of gas at a luxury location. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations and reflects poorly on your brand. I expect this matter to be addressed seriously, including a review of the service standards at this location and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. They finally washed the car and it’s still dirty! SMH!! We’ll just say the rinsed it off. Literally was there 2 hours and 30 minutes

  I discovered Enterprise had an exotic collection upon searching for transportation options for my son’s prom. We were able to get a Maserati for a super reasonable price-my son was chauffeured to prom in style! This was a huge part of his big day. Chelsea made the reservation process SUPER easy and convenient. The car was delivered to me at my home. Return process was simple as well. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish! I would absolutely use them again. Thank you, thank you, thank you Chelsea and team for helping making this such a special day. ❤️❤️
