  ⭐ 1/5 — Unsafe Cars, Phantom Billing & Zero Management Accountability Enterprise Car Rental – Grapevine, TX I was assigned here through my insurance company — no choice — and Enterprise Grapevine turned a stressful situation into an ongoing nightmare that is still unresolved. My contract runs April 29 – May 8, 2026. I have been paying for every single one of those days. I currently have no vehicle. Car #1 – Honda Odyssey: Dirty interior. Tire was visibly low before I even left the lot — they pumped it at the rear of the building just so I could drive away. It went flat the next day. I drove it to Discount Tire myself. It went flat again the day after that. A flat tire handed to a customer is not an inconvenience — it is a safety hazard. Car #2 – Chevy Malibu: Also dirty. Check engine light came on before I reached home. Another safety hazard on a car that should never have left their lot. Roadside assistance had it towed. Car #3 – Mitsubishi Mirage (Carrollton location): Not a standard sedan — which is what my contract specifies. I refused it and paid for an Uber home out of my own pocket. Now Enterprise is billing me for the Mirage I never accepted and never drove. Their own system falsely shows it in my possession. I have called the Grapevine location multiple times. Every call ends with long hold times, no resolution, and a promise that "the manager will call you back." The manager has never called. On one occasion, the person handling my call identified themselves as a trainee — which explains a lot. I have formally requested contract closure multiple times. They refuse. I am being charged for days without a safe or functional vehicle, and additionally charged for a car I never took. This is not a customer service failure — this is a billing dispute and a potential fraud issue. I will be notifying my insurance company of Enterprise's complete failure to provide a safe, contracted vehicle, their refusal to close the account, and their continued billing despite non-delivery of service. I strongly urge the insurance company to reconsider their partnership with this location. Three defective vehicles. Ten days billed with no working car. Countless ignored calls. No manager callback. No contract closure. If you have any choice in the matter — do not use this location.

  This entire staff is dialed. Seriously awesome service and do everything they can to help. Manager definitely knows how to keep people coming back. I come from the airport via uber every month just to rent here

  Worst service.They will confirm the reservation on luxury and will try to give you kia for luxury.not sure there is manager that provides customer service or just some worst employee working there who wanted customer to pay for luxury and tey to swap with kia
