  This place is GREAT. amazing customer service and cars are always nice and in great shape. I overheard the manager Sage helping a family from out of state trying to get back to Florida. He took such time and care to make sure they'd be okay, even thiugh they needed to go to another facility. And asked them to contact him personally if there were any problems there. The woman thanked him "for treating us like humans"!

  Terrible location… I came in twice. First time to find a vehicle, the guy at the front desk said to “hold tight” to see what he had… 30 minutes later (and only because I approached him again) he said he didn’t have anything… I come back to drop off because this is my closest location with about 22 minutes to spare, turned in the key and asked for a curtesy ride, the guy (different employee from the first time) asked me where i was going? I said it’s literally 0.7 miles away. His response was “let me see” to which I say “if you can’t help me let me know” then he says he doesn’t think they can because his drivers left at 5:30, meanwhile their lobby is full and I saw one of the drivers walking in from parking a vehicle (wearing their black uniform t-shirt)… The employees here talk very professional (as if very rehearsed) but they don’t care about helping the customer rent, return or get a courtesy ride home… I also asked for a print out of my contract to be reimbursed by my client and they said they can’t. Zero real customer service… I recommend Enterprise @ 508 Byron Nelson Blvd, Roanoke, TX 76262 Super fast check in and out, they can print your contract, always want to help, and they provided a curtesy ride last time, no hesitation, no excuses.

  I wanted to send a quick thank you to the entire team at the Grapevine location. I recently rented a car for my child's college move, and your team took great care of us. The vehicle was clean and ran perfectly throughout the rental period. The only challenge we faced was during pick-up, where we had to wait for about an hour. However, all of the Enterprise team members were courteous, easy to work with, and very eager to help. Thank you for your great service.

  AMAZING customer service 👏. We went with a another company that was a bit cheaper but when we went to pick up even with a reservation we were rudely told we dont have a car and nothing ... no help woth another location no explanation noting. The staff as soon as we entered here greeted us, shared hands, told us options even heard the associate tell someone they dont have any cars but would love to get info just in case of a cancel.... ( what should have happened at the other company) this ended up being cheaper here as a loyalty customer. Definitely coming back and highly recommended. Joseph was efficient and welcoming even as busy as they were. I greatly appreciate the overall experience.
