  John and Ethan helped us with a battery issue when it was 100 degrees outside- but they stayed cool and got us fixed up and back on the road. Great service!

  Ethan was awesome to deal with. He was more than willing to help me out, taking a listen to my vehicle, which had an issue but didn't show a light. He stressed he wasn't a mechanic, but was kind and professional, giving me sound advice and pointing me toward a local shop that could help. Because of him, I'll be back when I need parts or tools.

  The two employees working the evening shift on 8/15/26 at this location are some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I truly cannot put into words how much they helped me tonight. My serpentine belt suddenly gave out, and I urgently needed a replacement. Despite it being so close to closing, they went above and beyond to help me place the order over the phone and held the part for me. They even offered to stay later so my brother could pick it up for me if necessary. Their selfless act saved me an incredible amount of time, money, and stress. The level of kindness and effort they showed genuinely meant a lot to me, and I am extremely grateful. These two employees have hearts of gold and deserve the world. 10/10 — I would absolutely shop here again. Thank you so much to the AutoZone employees who helped me tonight! My only regret is not asking their names to directly give them their props.

  I went to AutoZone in Grapevine. The parking was very easy. The store was very clean. I went in to get wiper blades for the back of my car. I have a Honda CRV and the associate there was very kind and found the right ones for me he also offered to look at my front windshield wipers and my windshield wiper fluid. I ended up getting all of those. He was so thoughtful and very accommodating and I highly recommend this location. They’re always very knowledgeable here and ready and eager to help you.

  I had an excellent experience at AutoZone today. The older gentleman who helped me with my check engine light was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. His knowledge and genuine willingness to help made a big difference. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you for your outstanding service and dedication. I truly appreciate your help and highly recommend this AutoZone!
