  We had a great experience with Woody RV rental for the Austin rodeo bbq cook off. We rented 5 rv’s which were delivered and picked up on time. We had a couple of very minor issues with one of the units but, Julie and her team were onsite to correct the issues quickly and easily. We will be renting our rv’s from Woody’s for the cook off next year.

  Ashley, Skylar and the check in check out staff were friendly and very helpful to first time RV renters. Highly recommend Woody RV rental to anyone that is questioning the rental process. Great trip to California. The Mini-Wini was so fun.

  We decided to rent a RV through Woody's because a friend was using Woodys to rent out their new RV. I called to make reservations for a camper after looking at their website, Julie(Owner?) was helpful and recommend a camper that was bigger than the one I picked. Later I found out threw my friend it was her personal RV. She went over tons of stuff and explained we needed to bring sheets, blankets, towels, disposable plates, etc. The day before we were to pick up the RV my husband asked if we needed to provide the tow hitch, extension cord, hose, etc. Julie told me that the RV had everything we needed to get the RV on/working would be provided with the RV and that we were "over thinking" everything. When we got to our campsite and started setting up we had found several problems. First, the hose that hooks up to the RV so that you have water was dry rotted. The cold water handle on the shower was missing so we could not use the shower. It wasn't a big deal since the campsite had shower facilities. The TV did not work, as well as several lights on the inside and the light on the exterior by the door. The TV is a HUGE problem because my toddler will not go to sleep with a TV on!!! And last but not least, the cabinets above the queen bed had a pair of old dirty pants, a bra, and panties. I called Julie right away and she apologized and said that someone would be bringing us a bigger and better camper in the morning. At this point I was not upset and told Julie thank so much. If we could have figured out how to get the TV to work I would have told her not to worry and not to bring a new RV. The foloowing day, Chris brought a new camper and set it up. I was not there when this took place but Chris called me and said it was good to go and that he went over everything with my husand. Later that night I tried to use the stove and oven and realized that the ignitor did not work. Not a big deal, I borrowed a lighter. Then I went to rinse off my daughter's feet in the shower, and after I was done I had to mop the floor in the main room. Water from the shower leaked everywhere!! Again, the light in the main room and exterior did not work. At this point I hadn't called Julie, and wasn't going to. Then the next morning we woke up to the smell of sewage :( The people who worked at the campsite came by to help us figure out the problem. The helped us dump the sewage and said that based on how much was coming out that the tank probably hadn't been dumped in a while. When we returned the RV, I told Julie that we had a good time and that as a business owner myself I thought she would like to know that there was a few problems with the second camper. She immediately got upset and said there was no way that there were any problems because she made sure Chris double checked everything. She also said that if lights were out that it's the owners job to replace them. She said that the tank was dumped and it must have been from us. I told her my toddler only went potty a few times and that she was the only one that used it. She kept saying it was impossible, which is not true. Our friend who used Woodys to rent out there RV told us that the last people who rented their camper did not dump the waste in their RV. So it is possible! She was very rude and contined to get upset as I told her these things. If she hadn't been so rude and yelled I would probably use them again, but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!! If your going to yell at me instead of thanking me, I'd rather go else where.
