    Apparently Whistle car wash has acquired several of these locations. The One Star is for Whistle, NOT TAKE 5. My membership went up $5+. I didn’t like it but it is what it is. My biggest complaint is the solution being used there. When I wash my car now there’s a film over the car. Leaves your car looking smudgy. Take 5 never had my car looking like that. Not sure I’ll keep this membership, if they can’t figure this out and make some adjustments. As it stands, I DO NOT recommend Whistle Car Wash.

    Horrible experience !!! I’ve never ever had an issue with any take 5 Car wash. “Manager” Erin was horribly rude as soon as I pulled, she was having an issue with another customer to begin with that was holding up the line. I’ve been a faithful customer to the company for some time now, and stated she was going to cancel my membership if I didn’t put the sticker on my windshield. I can’t put the sticker because I have front windshield tint and after explaining that to her she was awfully rude stating that I better put it on or she would cancel my membership. Now I got a membership here because I loved the customer service, I love that they care about every customer and have a station to help with cleaning your interior. I’ve gone to mutiple take 5 car washes, in Saginaw, oak cliff, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, etc. AND NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD ANY ISSUE; as long as I tell them the reason being for the sticker. I’m a usual customer at the Grand Prairie location, and as soon as I pulled up to the entrance of the main car wash she made me put my window down once again threatening me to cancel my membership, I told her once again I couldn’t because of my window tint and she once again was super rude stating she was gonna cancel my membership and flag my truck for in the future I was not gonna be able to ever have a membership unless put the sticker on. What kind of ridiculous, by far frustrating situation is this!!??? I’m am super upset!!! I told her I was the only one driving my truck as I also live alone and have no other family yet she still threatened me to cancel my membership. I’m super disappointed in the kind of manager she is and that this company hired. I have NEVER seen her anywhere before, not only that but she also threatened to get the manager from another location in trouble/written up. This is not the way to treat faithful customers that pay every month their monthly memberships. Horrible service! I hope the company gets in contact with me as I’m super disappointed. Now I don’t know what problem she had earlier with other customers but she as super rude, all I was doing was getting my usual car wash as I do; definitely not expect to get treated this way. As I did see other customers not have their sticker either on their windshield. Now I don’t know if she wanted to lash out her frustration on someone else but that was not the way. As I demonstrate in the picture attached this other vehicle and many more at the vacuum station didn’t have their sticker either. So I was kind enough to explain to her my reason and willing to show her proof of payment.

    Went for a wash and after paying I was told that their systems were down and they were unable to render service at this time and offered to give me a refund at a later date or a another wash at a later date I opted for the refund since I don’t live in the area and I gave them my name and number and I still have not received a refund or a phone call I’ve call the location multiple times and left voice mails with my contact information and still have not received anything back from them.

    The car wash helps me with all the essential that I need for a good clean car. It gives me the tools I needed and everything and I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a good trusted car wash.
