I've been with NTB for YEARS! Absolutely loved their service and what they offered. Now that they've become Mavis, I've been a little apprehensive continuing my relationship with them. Today, I needed a tire plugged for a screw I picked up this past weekend. Before going, I called to see how busy they were, and whether I needed to make an appointment. I initially was told, "no, just come on up. We'll slide you in. May take an hour or so." No worries, see you in 20 mins. 15 mins, I get there, and the first gentleman appeared to be rushed. Told me it would be an hour to 1.5 hrs. The parking lot was nowhere near full, and the bays were virtually empty with the exception of two vehicles, but oh well. Gave them my keys and wheel lock, and took a seat. Within 15 mins, my vehicle was headed in. Great deal 👌🏾. Once finished, RJ came out. Much more professional and engaging. Told me I was good to go, no lingering issues. I very much appreciated his personal engagement and professionalism. He earned my 5 star rating, 🌟 for the simple things. Thank you RJ!

I’m back at Mavis Discount Tire on Camp Wisdom in Grand Prairie to get much needed car maintenance on my car, specifically rear brakes, a new tire and a wheel alignment. Jeremy, one of the On Duty managers was very helpful and kept me informed on where my car was in the process. My previous visit was great and I told them I would be back…so here I am. As expected, I had another great experience! Thank you Mavis staff for providing excellent customer service which seems to be dwindling at so many other places. It’s nice to know great customer service still exists!.

Wow what a great experience I had at Mavis Tire and Brakes. My technician RJ was very professional and never tried to up sale me on anything. He spoke straight facts about my tires and my break situation. With that upfront and honest approach, that has made me a customer for life. Great customer service and overall knowledge of the business is outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone with tire or break issues

I had such a great experience at Mass Tires & Brakes today! Omar was so nice and helpful when he fixed my tire, and I really appreciate how kind and professional he was. He made everything so easy and made sure I was taken care of. Honestly, every time I come here, I always have a great experience. Everyone is so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. It’s hard to find places where you consistently get good service, so I really appreciate the team here. Thank you again, Omar, for taking care of me!
