Dropped my tire off with Omar and expected to drive away 10 minutes later but they came out and said he fixed it and is ready to remove the donut tire for me. If you need excellent service from excellent people, head to the Mavis off Camp Wisdom... and if you get Omar you know your getting great care
- JWJames WhitfieldAug 5, 20265.0I was heading out to work and realized I had a bolt in my front left tire I remembered that Mavis took over the old NTB so I thought I would stop in there because it's conveniently located- I was greeted quickly by RJ I showed him what was going on with the tire he looked at it he talked to me about the tread on my tires being really low I told him that I wasn't able to buy a new tire at that time despite that he stayed upbeat and positive he then explained that they could still patch/plug the tire safely for me- i went inside to a clean well lit waiting area I wasn't there 15 minutes and they had me ready to go- it couldn't have gone any better -over all Mavis has a big chain corporate look with a "family owned" customer valued service - definitely recommend these guys - thanks RJ
