  Had a rental boat this morning and it was an amazing experience. The boat and tube were good quality and well maintained. The over the top part of the experience is the staff. In the retail space and the dock you find some amazing employees. I have been around boats for most of my 50 years up and down the East coast, the last ten working with very high end yachts all over New England and you don’t find better dock staff or friendlier desk people anywhere. If your in DFW and want to rent a boat come here you will not be disappointed. Suntex has many locations but Lynn Creek is the best

  I have been coming here for years, my kids and husband love coming to the boat ramp to feed the fish and grab some snacks at the marina, today upon entering the store my family and I grabbed our snacks and approached the register, one register was taken and the other was available, we walked up and placed our items on the counter and the cashier Laila acted like she was going to ring us up but then walked off and joined in on a conversation the other cashier was having with a customer leaving us standing there no greeting no “I’ll be right back” just left us standing, the other cashier saw our faces and quickly helped us check out, I felt completely degraded and disrespected. We then went back after spending some time at the dock to get some ice creams and she continues glaring at us as if WE wronged her, completely horrible experience and I seriously hope she is reprimanded and learns how to treat ALL customers and not just the ones she selectively chooses.

  A time was had!! Boat rental went well, staff was very attentive. There was an incident that was no fault of the Marina but was handled with care and diligence by the Marina. Alysa to be exact was an extremely professional and caring individual. She didn’t have to do anything honestly but she did and amazingly assured safety and dignity was the priority of her interaction. My family and myself was extremely pleased by how she took care of our dilemma. Thank you sooooooooo much Alysa and Lynn Creek Marina for upholding integrity and customer care beyond service.
