  I have been a slip renter for 2+ years at Lynn Creek Marina for my sailboat. All of the staff have provided great customer service but TINA FREES has absolutely gone above and beyond in taking care of all my needs and questions. She emits unreasonable hospitality to me every time I walk into the Marina Store where her office is located. She just assisted me in acquiring my newest boat by reaching out to the owner and putting them in contact with me. The best thing of all she is an Illini. Outstanding service Tina!!!

  We had a great experience with renting a boat at the marina! Johnathan and his team were so nice and professional! Would do it again. I recommend making a reservation even though we got lucky and they had a one boat left for us. 😃

  I love to fish! Bass are a little tough to find, but Crappie abound! I rent a slip at this marina. The people at the lake are amazing and helpful! Marina provides.electricity at each slip to keep your trolling motor ready. Gas is available during store hours ( But I still go with gas from a station to ensure no water) If you do not have a boat, you can rent a pontoon, speedboat or kayak right there at their store ( and they have life jackets) Enjoy the lake!

  My first visit to Lynn Creek was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless and welcoming. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley over the phone, and she immediately set the tone with her professionalism and friendliness. She not only handled my booking effortlessly but also went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Her clear directions made finding the ship store simple and stress-free. When I arrived, Ashley greeted me with the same upbeat energy and made me feel right at home. Knowing it was my first visit, she took the time to give me a full tour of the facility. Her knowledge and enthusiasm really stood out as she walked me through all the unique features and options available at the club. From showcasing the fleet of boats to explaining the amenities, she made sure I felt confident and excited about the experience. The added touches truly elevated the day—complimentary ice, ice chests, and even lily pads were available, which made everything more convenient and fun. It’s those thoughtful details that turn a good outing into a great one. I also want to recognize the dockhand, Gailio (apologies if I misspelled the name), who was incredibly polite and accommodating throughout the visit. He gave me some much needed confidence when I was docking the boat which was so kind , the encouragement is appreciated. The ship store itself was impressive—fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from bait and drinks to snacks and essentials for a perfect day on the water. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and the entire team made it memorable. Thank you all for such top-notch service—I’ll definitely be back soon!
