  It was late and there was no where else open…they took my car in with no hesitation. It was a lady and 2 other guys. Very nice & helpful. I think I’m going to start coming here for my future oil changes.

  This Jiffy Lube location has really gone downhill. I’ve been a customer for years, but today’s lack of customer service was disappointing. When I walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged me. Employees were occupied with personal conversations, and staff were walking across the street to buy drinks while multiple customers waited. Customers deserve to be acknowledged and helped promptly. Management needs to address the lack of professionalism and attention to customers at this location.

  This location chooses to not answer their phone and relies on AI - this may work for some of the demographic - but not all. They may get it once the human aspect is replaced with machines - until then good luck - customer lost.

  I waited 45 minutes while three young employees, probably around 20 years old, walked around doing just about everything except acknowledging me. They would glance in my direction, avoid eye contact, disappear into the back, and continue joking around with each other. At one point, it genuinely felt like they were treating me like I was just some guy standing there waiting to give them money. I was never greeted or checked in. I was polite, patient, and respectful the entire time, and unfortunately, it felt like they completely took advantage of that. Absolutely horrible service. When I finally left, the lobby was full of people standing around, with three customers sitting and waiting. There was one car in the garage and another parked behind it. Everyone else’s cars were sitting outside in the parking lot because they weren’t getting serviced and were apparently waiting in line. I quietly left the building, walked to my car, and drove away without saying anything. It wasn’t until I was leaving that one of the employees — a roughly 6-foot-tall young guy — turned around and tried to stare me down in what felt like an attempt to intimidate me. I made eye contact back, and he immediately turned around. That was the one and only eye contact I had with an employee during the entire 45 minutes. I honestly think he was just shocked that I actually decided to leave. When I went to post this review, I checked the recently posted reviews and saw that other customers had described the same experience last week and the week before that. The responses were either the same generic company AI response or no acknowledgment at all. That makes it seem like this is an ongoing problem, not just one unusually bad shift. There are plenty of other places within five miles that are looking for business, so I had no reason to keep waiting. I genuinely felt bad for the customers who stayed. Based on what I experienced, I could already tell they were probably going to be dealing with a lot of attitude and poor service. That said, I’ve used this shop for three different cars over the past 10 years, and I’ve seen actual adults working there before, so I’m hoping this was just an unusually bad shift. I was honestly flabbergasted by what I experienced today. Good luck to the people who stayed. -1 star service, and to top it all off, the prices are overpriced too. The cherry on top. Trash shop — save your gas, time, and health and go somewhere else.
