  My favorite Jiffy lube by far. I’ll drive an extra 10 minutes to see these guys. They’re efficient, friendly and most importantly-honest. They’ll tell me what I need and what I can wait on. Thank guys! I’ll see y’all in 6k miles for my next oil change

  Found 2 bolts loose on my air filter housing. Washer fluid wasn’t replenished, brake fluid was just above minimum and tire pressure was 36,33,35,&35. For $132.76 I expect better.

  You guys are life savers. I got stuck in Canes drive through and everyone helped canes Manager and staff came out jump started my car, but could start, tried to push it out of the drive through, still couldn’t. The car was just locked up. So, the manager called the Lube car workshop and John showed up with his coworker, and they managed to push it out of the drive through. Jump started it to be able to read it. And came up with 2 problems. The buttery and alternator needed to be replaced. They had a buttery and they helped replace my old one, but didn’t have the alternator. They were able to start my car and I was able to drive my car home. Great thanks to Joseph and friend. You were very kind and so willing to help me get out of the scotching heat. That you and God bless the work of your hands.

  Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I came in for an oil change and spent time sitting in my car waiting while the employees appeared more interested in talking among themselves than communicating with customers. Once they finally took my vehicle in, I was told that the engine air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I agreed. About 20 minutes later, an employee came back and told me they were out of the filters and it would take approximately 45 minutes to get them. I was then told I could pay and come back later in the day to have the filters installed. My question is simple: If you did not have the filters in stock, why take the vehicle in and have me waiting before checking availability? I declined the filters and paid the full amount for the oil change. Afterward, I noticed that the oil-change/service reminder was still showing on my dashboard. The technician had not even reset the system after completing the oil change. I had to point it out and ask them to reset it. On top of all this, the lady at the counter was rude and showed very little concern for customer service. I understand that businesses get busy and parts can be out of stock. That is not the main issue. The issue is poor communication, lack of attention to detail, wasted customer time, and an unprofessional attitude. When a customer pays full price for a service, they should not have to remind the shop to complete the basic steps of that service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

  Very disappointing experience. I went in expecting reasonable pricing, a basic oil change is $130 and charges for the cabin air filter and engine air filter were extremely high compared with what these parts typically cost elsewhere. What should be a relatively simple and inexpensive maintenance item turned into a surprisingly expensive bill. I would strongly recommend checking the price of the parts independently before agreeing to have them replaced here.
