  The 2 guys on Wednesday 7/9 were thr absolute best. I was mad about another car rental company screwing me that morning, and I let them know I was frustrated and the were helpful, efficient, quick, and no bs. Loved it. Will always go there for a rental

  Dont rent from here. I booked car at 8am and was there at 8am. First the employees were hiding in the back until: "we just need to wash the car". Then ~30 minutes later: "we just need to refuel it". People have things to do, places to be. Car rental is not where I prefer to spend time. Finally when they have the car the seats are wet. In total it took about 1h 15min to get the car. Luckily i had a plastic bag for the seat with me.

  Bri at this location saved my trip last weekend. I had reserved a mini van with another company/competitor a month in advance. Called day before and day of my reservation to confirm. 10 minutes before my reservation the other company calls me to tell me they do not have a vehicle, but offers something smaller. Doesn't work. To make it worse, they do absolutely nothing to help. Just tell me to contact other locations to see if they have a van available. Not my job. As the customer, I did my part. Now do yours. So I drive over to Enterprise, booking a van on my way over. When I arrive, I see a couple also getting a van. Then the couple in front of me is waiting on van. My confidence is dropping. When I get to the counter, I tell Bri I have a reservation I just made, but by the looks of it, I may be out of luck here. Nope. Not all. Bri does checking on her computer. Makes a call to another location and has a van delivered to this location. Sure, I had to wait 15-20 minutes, but she saved the trip. Not only did she go above and beyond in sourcing a van for us, but saved me over 50% from what the other guys were charging me. It's not often I need a rental, but when I do, I will be visiting this location a visit. Thank you Bri

  Bre was amazing she was very helpful , very professional and made me laugh. If you're in need of a rental car , go see her at the Grand Prairie store.

  They were having issues with having enough cars but they got us our car very quickly and we were on the road I really appreciate the young man who handled our rental
