  I want to start by saying that Bri Elizondo is absolutely amazing! I originally came in on Saturday to get a rental, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete the process because my documentation from GEICO had not been approved. I came back today, and Bri truly went above and beyond to help me. She worked diligently to get my documentation approved and made sure I was able to walk out with a rental after having to make two trips. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication to helping me were greatly appreciated. Bri definitely did her big one! Thank you so much, Bri, for making sure everything worked out for me. Your customer service was outstanding!

  This is hands down the best rental place I've been to because of Bri. She was impressively efficient at displaying amazing customer service as well moving very quickly towards the end of the day. Typically when you walk into a rental place and see one person behind the counter and a line of people waiting, you're expecting to wait for an hour even if you have an appointment. That was not the case, I waited no more than 15 minutes. Every person Bri interacted left with a smile running across their face, felt heard, acknowledged, and satisfied with the whole experience. Bri won my business for years to come. Its peaceful knowing that the next time I need to rent a vehicle for any circumstance I'll be taken care of. She answered each and every question I could think of all while still multi-tasking. She truly is a great, welcoming, and intelligent person that'll make the whole rental process feel like a cake walk.

  I’m back 6 months later to update everyone. I’ve still not received my $165 charge for dropping this vehicle off at the airport vs returning it to the location I picked it up from. I called prior to dropping it off and was told I wouldn’t be charged any additional fees for doing so. Very disappointing to see my credit card statement with this $165 charge. I’ve still not gotten this resolved! I will continue to provide updates! Please see my original post detailing everything.

  We had a wonderful experience at this location. My family and I rented a vehicle for a week and ended up having transmission issues during our rental. When I brought it to Mike and Bri’s attention they were super apologetic and made things right. Mike was great and helpful and Bri was really sweet and understanding. I will definitely rent from this location again in the near future. Thanks Mike & Bri!!!
