  Katie was absolutely outstanding! She was clearly very busy both days I worked with her, but she always remained calm, poised, and friendly. She is very good at her job and made the rental process easy and pleasant. Give that girl a raise!! :-)

  They charged me at the full-size SUV rate even though I had to accept a mid-size. Also, I returned the car in after two days per the original rental agreement. Because this was a Saturday, the agency was closed. They ended up charging me for Sunday as well even though I put the key in their drop box on Saturday. No chance of repeat business!

  My first experience renting a car was smooth and stress-free thanks to the manager and staff. The customer service was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and helped me feel comfortable as a first-time renter. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and ready on time. I truly appreciated the patience and professionalism shown to me, and I would definitely recommend this location to others.

  If I could give negative stars I would. They cancelled our reservation as we were walking through the door. The guy at the front desk was very rude and didn't even apologize and got irate and raised his voice when we asked for help. When we asked if we could call other enterprise locations to see if we could get a car he flat out lied and said the other locations do not have phones and we could not call. He said he would need to find another car somehow and then threaten to have us removed as he shouted get out my store while we were checking around to see what was available.
