  I would not recommend this car wash. After having my Ford Explorer serviced here, I discovered additional scratches on the roof of my vehicle that were not there before. Being new to the area, I should have taken the time to check the reviews before coming here. After this happened, I looked through the customer feedback and was disappointed to see so many one-star reviews describing similar concerns. I understand every business will receive negative reviews, but the number of complaints is concerning. I trusted this business with my vehicle and expected quality service, not additional damage. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the customer experience.

  Such a pathetic service and ridiculous management! Mr. Santo the lead had such an attitude and demeanor walking into the center. Didn’t care to fix the monthly overcharging issue, instead stormed out of the center saying I should go over to Arlington location instead! I wouldn’t give another penny to caliber Carwash going forward even though I had 5 cars on the plan. Not worth dealing with a location that hires people like Santo and lack of supplies at stations.

  Pay $31 monthly never been offered a air freshener the past year,Solomon was rude when assisting, and the back of my car is always guaranteed dirty when I’m finish.Only a member for convenience being near by but definitely canceling.

  Tried the top of the line wash. Still had a fair amount of dirt on the trunk. Wheel cleaner only does the outside. “Clean” rags were all wet. Like how do you dry a car with a wet rag ??? Vacuums work just as well as anywhere else.

  Very disappointed with the customer service that I received at the Grand Prairie, TX location (4106 S. Great Southwest Parkway). For the last 30 days I have been trying to get help with resolving the damage I got from the Car Wash at this location. I have visited this location 8 times to talk to the manager "Henry" who is never there. I've talked to the supervisors Santos and David and they have been very nonchalant about the situation. I've called this location several times and no one answers the phone. I submitted a complaint online 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard from corporate. I am a disabled veteran and this location has stressed me out 10 X more then I was when I was deployed.
