  I’ve never been to a brakes plus… But at this location Josh at the front desk and the manager Tyler was there on a wednesday afternoon and was able to get me in and out at a decent time after getting an oil change and a tire rotation.. Both were very professional and even held good conversation definitely need more people like this working at places like this.. Thanks again for a good experience here

  I had a great experience at this location! I came here thinking that I needed my brake pads replaced because I was told they were in the yellow range by a different shop a few months ago and I wanted to get them inspected just in case, but Tyler informed me that my brake pads are still in great condition and they don't need to be replaced anytime soon. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely be coming here in the future!

  Great experience getting an oil change. Dropped the car off and they did well communicating what else was needed without being pushy. Very kind men! I wish I remembered their names but one seemed to be a supervisor of sorts and it was the other guy’s second day. He was killing it!!! Thank you!

  Had brake troubles with a full brake job from another shop but we were on roadtrip and needed it checked out. They took a look, and even went on a test drive to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately it was intermittent and was shy of the mechanics. On the way out it started again. They took the brakes apart re lubed and re assembled them. All at no cost. Top notch service.

  I had a really good experience with Brakes Plus from start to finish. TJ helped me over the phone with setting up my appointment and was courteous and helpful. When I arrived, Tyler, the General Manager, was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to the concerns I had about my vehicle. The mechanics who worked on my car were also thorough and efficient. I originally came in for a taillight bulb replacement and an oil change, and they were kind enough to provide a coupon for the oil change. I also mentioned that for quite some time I’ve noticed my headlights occasionally dimming and brightening while driving. They took that concern seriously and performed a load test, which revealed that my battery terminal was completely loose. They also identified a winding noise coming from the alternator and allowed me to hear it for myself. They explained that the internal regulator is likely beginning to fail and recommended replacing the alternator sooner rather than later. I appreciated being shown and walked through what they were finding rather than simply being told I needed another repair. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. From the customer-facing staff to the mechanics working on my vehicle, communication was good, service was prompt, and I felt comfortable with how my concerns were handled. They established a good rapport with me from the beginning without making me feel pressured into additional services. Based on this experience, I’ll be returning to have the alternator replaced and would feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you to TJ, Tyler, and the mechanics who worked on my car for taking good care of me and my vehicle.
