  Been going to Auto zone for a while now. To the point that I have accumulated rewards thru the years. BUT TODAY!! Who ever the lady’s name is at the front. Yes the lady wearing the grey shirt which if I was to guess is higher in an association position was upset for some dang reason. Came in and was greeted with a how can I help you which is always a great sign in any business. As I told her my situation where it would be my first time doing an oil change and I needed guidance on needed supplies and tools. She did grab a promotion advertised sign and told me they were running a special. Great up to that point! As I looked around the center display that had all the oil and advertising I saw the $14.00 bundle decided to grab that promotion also. When I asked for the items she said “they are right there in front of your face” , when I mention she was missing one oil filter she said “you go grab it”. The list goes on… the point of this review is this. TO THE OWNER. Don’t send me a “ I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience please email us so we can be better at what we are doing here. No SIR!! Check your manager!! Bad attitude for some reason. Looked at your reviews and you sir have toooo many bad ones to continue to allow YOUR TEAM run like this. The other gentleman who helped me after I knew something was wrong with my receipt was good. He walked me thru the oil changing process and recommended some suggestions. GREAT!!! That alone gave you another chance to continue doing business with Autozone. Maybe not at this location but gave Autozone another chance. I know one day I will need to go back to this location because it is in my neighborhood, just hope its a way better experience…….Now….here I go back to Autozone to returned my over charges, but to another location.

  Trevor at AutoZone was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me today. My car stopped working at Caliber car wash next to AutoZone on Great Southwest, so I walked over and asked him for help. He came outside and helped jump-start my car. When the car started but the steering wheel was still not working properly, I called him again and he came right back to help. He removed the battery, carried it back to the store, checked everything, and replaced it with a new battery under warranty. It was hot outside, and he was sweating while working, but he stayed patient, kind, and helpful the entire time until everything was fixed. Trevor truly provided exceptional customer service. He turned a very stressful situation into a much easier one for me. AutoZone, please recognize this employee. Trevor is a rockstar and deserves a raise! Thank you so much, Trevor!

  I want to start by saying this is the ONLY AUTOZONE I go to and I live near two other ones. First, let’s start with the Manager JASON, I’ve NEVER met anyone who loves cars and knows about cars and most importantly patient in educating costumers and answering questions about the parts they are buying. Secondly, I’ve been going there for a year and NOT once did he or his employees ever get or show that they are annoyed by me asking questions. I’d even call there and he would take time to educate me or others when I’m there buying parts. Thirdly, The whole atmosphere of store is different when he’s working. His employees look up to him and It shows. The rest of the employees follow his lead and they work together. This store deserves credit/praise for serving consumers with high quality. If one employee doesn’t know the answer, he/she wouldn’t say “I don’t know” rather they would find solution by asking someone else or research. Finally, I’m glad a found a store that I can trust employees knowing they have the best interest for me and for others. My G37s coupe gets most of its parts from there.

  There was a Monday afternoon rush, and only two employees available up front when I entered. Edwardo and Trinity remained calm and professional. I visited for free services, and Trinity asked me to wait until they got the lines cleared. Then she went with me to my car and performed the computer diagnostics and electrical system diagnostics quickly and confidently. Trinity and Edwardo's customer service and attention to details were excellent.

  This AutoZone needs more employees. The service is painfully slow, and the staff seems completely uninterested in helping customers. They should work faster, be more efficient, and respect their customers’ time. I waited far too long without anyone acknowledging me or offering assistance. Terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back.
