  I came to your store this morning at 7:30 AM, immediately after opening, because I needed help changing my car battery. Unfortunately, three employees were unable or unwilling to assist me, and even the assistant manager suggested that I come back later, as though I had all the time in the world. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I could see the employees inside talking before the store opened, yet when I came in, I felt as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance. I could barely get the door open when I arrived. I ultimately went to your competitor, O’Reilly Auto Parts. An older woman working there—much older than the employees at your store—had no problem helping me change the battery. She provided excellent customer service and also helped me get a better price, saving me approximately $30. This experience makes me question whether AutoZone is becoming like Spirit Airlines, where the focus seems to be on positions and titles rather than taking responsibility and actually helping customers. A job title does not replace responsibility, and being a manager or assistant manager should mean taking ownership when a customer needs help—not simply telling them to come back later. I hope AutoZone takes this experience seriously. Customers should feel welcomed and helped when they walk into a store, especially immediately after opening, not as though they are disturbing the employees.

  The guys on the phone were fast professional. Phenomenal listeners.. I was able to find and buy my part with ease.. thanks for that headlight assembly man 👍
