  Always appreciate the willingness for this location’s staff to go above and beyond in being willing to help. Gordon helped me get the OBD scanner connected to see what the issue was and got my answer and part and on my way in minutes. Thank you so much!

  Great experience! Jason took care of my car and was super nice and helpful. He was professional throughout the whole process. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me and making sure I was taken care of. Great customer service!

  Sometimes you just have to make the time to write a review because it’s soo deserved! I own a vw Jetta, not knowing much about cars I bought it because it was pretty lol everything is hard to get to expensive etc. And vw as a whole is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m a senior citizen. Won’t bore you with the details but I came into auto zone hot and maxed on stress from 5k on a sick puppy on and on. My ac filters HAD to be changed it was to the point I gel it affecting the performance. I didn’t even know there were two, one in the cabin five yrs never replaced. Best 42$ I ever spent. But the story just started. The mgr of the store Gordon immediately acknowledged me and acted like there was nothing he would rather do than help me. After I purchased the filters I told him I can’t afford to take to vw to get done they would want to keep it a day or two and I’d probably spend a small fortune they are like that at every location they don give a d…or offer to fake it lol Gordon says let’s do see so he gets out in the heat and changed them out for me..Kenny came out and said we need a password so Gordon he said I’ll be rt back…Kenny stays and finishes the job for him . They did not have to do that especially w this heat. I saw a lot of teamwork and so helpful. These days you can’t expect anyone taking pride in their work and can’t even go in to pick up a pizza without being expected to tip. I’m on a fixed income and couldn’t pay them anything!! But what I can do is write this review. As of that day (day before yesterday) I will never go to any other auto store. I trust them totally and as a woman that means slot I’m used to auto places trying to take advantage and I’ve gotten pretty good at navigating at least. Do yourself a favor get the right information a smile and just do helpful! I would send my kids to them and plan on it. They are just very very knowledgeable too. Ok that’s enough THANK YOU Gordon and Kenny you guys ate the BEST

  Gordon was incredibly helpful. He helped me understand everything I need to know about my AC in my car where I need to go what I need to buy, etc. he honestly is the sweetest man and he deserves to be everybody’s favorite and definitely the employee of every month go here and ask for Gordon he will do you know wrong.

  Hubby and I are a wee bit disappointed with the level of management and customer service at this location. On multiple occasions, the manager has demonstrated a lack of automotive knowledge by consistently recommending the incorrect parts for our vehicles. This ongoing incompetence causes unnecessary delays, naturally. I strongly advise taking your business to O'Reilly, where the staff is significantly more knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. The more you know Shooting star 😊⭐️💫 Edit: stay away!!!
