  Donte helped me purchase my vehicle. I drove all the way from North Dallas, so not an easy trip. He was courteous, kind, and helpful in every way. Normally dealership salesmen are, for lack of better term, kind of sleazy. He was the complete opposite— warm, conversational, and welcoming. I’m very glad I was able to get him for assistance. After dealing with several dealerships, I feel lucky I ended up with Donte as my salesman.

  I had an amazing service appointment here for my 2020 Tacoma. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. No games played at all with upsells, etc. The price I paid is what was promised and all work was done as expected. They even found a couple of missing bolts on the truck’s skid plate that had been rattling and took care of that for no extra charge. This is my go to shop for everything now.

  Granbury Toyota exceeded my expectations! My son was in a bad accident and rolled his 2014 Toyota 2 weeks ago and he walked out with a small scratch and a bit sore. He told me he remembered flipping upside down and then rolling back on the tires. His words were, Mom, I was covered in airbags even at my feet. #AlwaysToyota

  I drove 2½ hours after confirming interest in a 2024 Tundra advertised online for $55,892. When I arrived, I was presented with a buyer's order showing more than $13,500 in mandatory dealer add-ons—including a lift/wheels package, ceramic coating, tint, and other charges—that increased the selling price to over $69,000 before tax. I offered to purchase the truck at the advertised price, but they refused. I understand taxes and dealer fees are additional, but mandatory accessories adding over $13,000 were not clearly disclosed in the advertised price. I encourage anyone considering buying here to request a complete out-the-door buyer's order before driving to the dealership. Buyer beware!

  Went with a family member to look for a new vehicle and our experience was great! Ignacio, our salesman, was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced! He met us outside, was so nice and very personable and easy to talk to. We told him what we were looking for and he did all the work! Probably one of the smoothest car-buying experiences ever! Everything was transparent and everyone that helped us worked very hard and made sure we were taken care of. They even got our lunch!! We walked away with a brand new car and we highly recommend Shottenkirk Toyota and ask for Ignacio!!
