  Spoke to Bryton and he was super into making something work. He gave me some incredible trade in deals and met me at my asking price. He was willing to work with me up and down to fit what I was looking for. Consultants were super friendly and straight forward and I never felt like they were trying to cheat me. Good place to do business.

  Shottenkirk has always done a superb job taking care of me as a new car customer. Love their pick up/drop off service which saves me from having to drive over and sit while waiting on my car to be serviced or repaired. Very easy to track what’s going on with my vehicle real time!

  1 star. Posting this based on a close friend’s experience because it honestly didn’t sit right with me. The issue wasn’t buying the extended warranty, it was what happened when it came time to actually use it. From what my friend dealt with, it felt like there was a lot of backtracking on what was originally explained and more effort put into finding reasons not to help than actually helping. If people are paying extra for peace of mind, they shouldn’t feel like they have to argue just to get answers. My advice: ask a lot of questions, read everything carefully, and make sure you understand exactly what is and isn’t covered before signing anything.
