  Extremely disappointing experience. I visited Shottenkirk Hyundai at the beginning of the month to compare the Hyundai Palisade with the Kia Telluride, and the difference in customer service compared to the Kia dealership in town was night and day. As soon as I pulled in, I was swarmed by salespeople. The salesman who approached me couldn’t answer basic questions about trims, engines, features, or prices. He had only been there for two months, which is understandable, but if you’re selling cars, you should at least know the basics of what you’re selling. The worst part was the sales manager, who seemed to judge my ability to afford a Palisade based on the base-model Camry I arrived in. Once we explained that the Camry wasn’t mine potential trade-in (my trade was a 26 Sequoia), his attitude completely changed. I went there as a genuine potential customer and left feeling judged and disrespected. I absolutely do not recommend Shottenkirk Hyundai. Customers deserve professional service, basic product knowledge, and respect regardless of what car they drive into the lot.

  My husband and I had a great experience at Granbury Hyundai! Whitney met us with a warm smile while we were looking around the lot. She is friendly and exceptionally helpful. We told her of the type of used car we were looking for and special needs, and monthly payment range. She checked their inventory and showed us the cars that might fit. We eventually decided on one, and scheduled a time to return, sign paper work and pick up the car. Whitney had another customer then so she introduced us to Chris who assisted us and Paul who went over the financing and documents. Both men were very helpful. Whitney made a point to check on us again before we left.This was absolutely the friendliest, easiest, painless, no pressure, car buying experience we have ever had! We both have commented on how easy and quick the document/financial paperwork went. We whole heartedly recommend this dealership and Whitney, Chris and Paul who provide exceptional sales service.

  I recently had an outstanding experience at Shottenkirk Hyundai in Granbury, Texas. My sales person was Cathy and she was knowledgeable, kind and professional with the assistance I needed to trade my Sonata for a Hybrid. She went above and beyond to help me with all the programming features on my new car. I even needed to return a few times for additional help. Buying a car is not just a transaction but a personal relationship experience with the dealership and the sales representative. I had a 5 Star experience at Shottenkirk.

  I know this place has a bad reputation. but after we bought a truck and it kept haveing iusses after iusses and we had to keep coming back over and over and getting madder they truly have been really good to use we had 5 loner vehicles from them while they tried to fix are truck they finally had to call it a lost and they made it right 👍 and we got a newer truck and we just want to thank them for understanding are frustrations I differently have hard all the bad about this place after we got are truck but I can personally say I think they are trying to fix someone else mess up and I would go back to them again now.
