  My entire experience purchasing a vehicle was nothing short of fantastic. I had been searching for a more gas-efficient vehicle and was recommended Shottenkirk by a friend. I drove 3.5 hours to get here, and after my experience, I would do it again in a heartbeat. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Everyone took the time to genuinely listen to what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I never once felt overlooked, and the level of customer care and professionalism truly stood out to me. Paul, the General Manager, greeted me right away and took the time to explain which vehicles would best fit both my budget and personal needs; while also making sure I fully understood all of my options throughout the process. I truly appreciated how honest, approachable, and helpful he was from start to finish. He made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Cathy, my salesperson, was extremely kind and patient while helping me navigate all of the paperwork and decision-making process. I could tell she is passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her customers having a positive experience. She was attentive, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience feel smooth and enjoyable. John, who guided me through the financing process, was equally professional and thorough. He answered every single question I had regarding financing, warranties, and the purchasing process in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and transparency gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase and made the financing process feel simple and stress-free. What impressed me most overall was the consistency of professionalism, kindness, and teamwork from every employee I interacted with. Every person I spoke with was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. The entire team worked together to ensure I left completely satisfied and confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend Shottenkirk to anyone looking for a new, certified, or pre-owned vehicle. This was easily one of the best and most stress-free car-buying experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m extremely thankful for everyone who helped make it possible. I will absolutely be recommending Shottenkirk to friends and family in the future.

  Great experience working with Ron! Not only did he sell me my first car years ago, but he helped me again today and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.   Justin was absolutely amazing! Buying a car can sometimes become stressful but not here with Justin at Hyundai! He provided me with all my options, explained and answered ALL my questions (trust me I had a lot naturally) and just made the process as smooth as possible. I was in and out of there and I’m beyond happy with my purchase. Thank you so much Hyundai but most importantly, thank you Justin for saving the day and going above and beyond to surpass my expectations with my purchase. Definitely will have my friends and family come here!!!!

  We had a great Experience at Shottenkirk Hyundai Granbury! We were greeted outside before we walked in the door and met with a sales person right away. Levi was kind and genuine and likable, which is not always true about car salesman. He started asking me some questions and I asked if I could just drive the car first before going through all these details and he said absolutely. Throughout the entire process Levi was always present and helpful. He was knowledgeable as well. We would have no problem buying from him in the future. We decided to buy the car and the process was fairly simple. We met Jon the general manager and Charlie the finance guy. Both were kind and professional. The whole experience was smooth without a lot of back-and-forth nonsense. We are very happy with the car and the process. It was probably the smoothest car purchasing process. We’ve experienced in our 30 years of purchasing vehicles.

  Mark was fantastic on our delivery day. Vehicle was prepped and ready. He was very thorough in the operation and functions. Consistently wanted us to know we could ask him any questions at any time now and in the future. He personally buffed out a small area for us and had the vehicle wiped down a second time after the demo drive. Really went out of his way to make everything smooth. A couple of accessories weren’t in stock but they were ordered and shipped to us extremely fast. Mark followed up with us on a phone call to thank us for the business, ask if we had any questions and let us know about the accessories being shipped. Really good experience. Rylee was patient on the negotiations and Tony even applied a small discount I wasn’t aware of. So overall, we got the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price, with a good delivery experience. Went about as good as a vehicle purchase could go. Would definitely recommend.
