  Working with Salesman (Carson Shaw) was a pleasure. However dealing with the F&I dept. was painful. First, the ageed upon price between the the sales floor and the F&I dept, unexplainably increased. This was a lesson to read all your paperwork carefully. Second, when I declined ALL the extras (insurance), the loan rate increased, because they couldn't sell me an insurance package. Finally, buyer beware. They include a line item, not included in the sales price titled "Sales Commission 1%" I've purchased close to 100 cars through my business & personally in my lifetime & have never seen a sales commission added to the final agreed upon price. I will likely not trade with this dealership again.

  The Service here is Amazing! If you are in the area they will pick up your vehicle and drop it off. Very knowledgeable and professional folks. Won't take my truck for service anywhere else.

  We travel full-time in a fifth-wheel RV and pull it with a Ford F-450. I needed some warranty work done and were close to Grandbury for a couple of weeks. I stopped into Shottenkirk Ford to see if I could get any work done last minute. The Service Advisor I met was named Tyler. What a great guy! He was so helpful and understanding. He was able to work with me and the warranty people to get my truck fixed in the amount of time I had available. While I may not return due to not living in the area, I would highly recommend this dealership. If you’re needing service, ask for Tyler!

  We had a truly remarkable experience at Shottenkirk Ford. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with superior customer service. It was clear right away that they’ve made a real effort to improve the customer experience, and it shows. There was absolutely no pressure at any point in the process, which we really appreciated. We came in knowing what we wanted and what we were comfortable spending, and the team respected that. Our salesman, Charles, was outstanding—he was incredibly knowledgeable about the EV we were interested in and walked us through every step with confidence and clarity. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and we never felt rushed or pushed. In the end, we were able to get a very fair deal, and the entire process felt smooth and transparent. We also appreciate the dealership’s involvement in the community, which says a lot about their values. If you’ve heard negative things about Shottenkirk in the past, I would encourage you to give them another look—they’ve made meaningful changes, including new leadership, and it truly shows. We ended up purchasing a Mustang Mach-E and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience. Highly recommend!
