I had a very serious issue with a new vehicle that I purchased in July of 2025. I reached out to Greg in regards to the issues and he went above and beyond to help. The sales team, Greg, Brian and Mike, and the service team, took my situation seriously and they found a workable solution! Greg always goes above and beyond, he even answered his personal cell phone at midnight when I need help. That level of customer service is seldom heard of these days! Buy your next vehicle for Shottenkirk and ask for Greg... Tell him Regina sent you!
