  Took truck in for a/c not working and a check engine light. Found out that I needed to replace the A/c compressor, covered under extended warranty, $100, great! Found out check engine light was to replace the engine due to internal complications unknown to me since I had bought the truck from a different dealership. I was informed that the engine needed a new replacement and that the standard 5/100k warranty was taking care of it. I was taken care of throughout the whole process, service tech communicated well with me and I have a "new to me" truck.

  I can’t say enough about how well we were treated from the purchasing of our vehicle, to the upgrades we had added- but especially the service center. We are never left to question or wonder what is best for our vehicle, nor do we feel pressured to purchase unnecessary things. Working with Matthew Jewett in the service area is top notch. He is prompt, communicates well and sends timely reminders and check ins. Matthew is who brought us to Shottenkirk, and he is a big reason we continue to do business with them.

  Traded my 2022 VW toward a new Ford Escape here and the whole process was refreshingly straightforward. I asked a simple question first thing in the morning and had a complete itemized worksheet back the same day — trade allowance, selling price, tax, title, doc fee, all on one page instead of buried in a monthly payment. Grant was great to work with on the sales side. Silvio in finance was efficient and didn't try to bury anything in the paperwork that I did not ask for. the number we agreed on beforehand was exactly the number I signed. Misty runs a good operation. If you're shopping for a Ford in the Granbury area, worth your time.

  Gabriel was amazing. Very helpful throughout the whole process. Also Beau was great as well. Always helping us get the best deal possible. Silvio pulled out all the stops in helping us get the perfect financing for our new car. The whole team were amazing, respectful, and helpful. We will be back when we are ready for our next vehicle.

  Gabriel was an outstanding salesman and his knowledge of the vehicles he showed me was top notch. There was no lying just to get the sale was the reason why I came back to speak with him several times. He was patience and his ability to go above and beyond was above reproach! He represented above the standard within Shottenkirk Ford. Happy to work with Gabriel again!
