  BEWARE- I bought a ram 3500 2026 I’m coming from Georgia to Texas to pickup this truck. I am still waiting for a license plate after 2 months of purchasing the truck . There’s a tire sensor going on and no dealership is willing to help me when it’s under the factory warranty & the side step of the amp is damaged when I reached out to them to get this issue resolved they just ignore my messages and calls. don’t buy a vehicle from here.

  Horrible experience. Truck was listed for 36,800. They added over 4-5k worth of extra add ons that they claimed was non negotiable. They do not advertise the actual price. Waisted my time for 5 hours. Be warned, they will try to scam you with extra fees! They will also try to MAKE you finance with them even if you already have a lower interest rate. When asked about the extra fees, the managers response was "I understand". What kind of answer is that. If I could give 0 stars I would . Do not recommend this place to anyone!

  Very shady dealership. They initially add extras on to the price that are not listed in their ad on their used vehicles. Other than their Total Care Package of $895, they added $795 for window tint( this was a used truck…I would speculate that the truck was already tinted when it was traded in) but they want to charge for it. Also $2495 chemical charge that isn’t listed in their ads. Said it couldn’t be taken off. I will go to another dealership without hidden fees. I understand that any business has to make money to stay in business but I will not do business with this dealership with hidden fees. Just have upfront pricing and not waste people’s time.

  This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and I will not be returning. I live an hour away and drove all the way to the dealership, only to be told they were trying to get me financed through a credit union and it’s was a Saturday and they were all closed and that I would receive a call Monday. The salesman specifically told me he would call me first thing that morning, but I never heard from him.i had to call up there and he said that the Finance guy had just gotten there and to give them some time. I waited until noon and still received no update. At 4:00 PM, I finally called the dealership myself and was told the finance manager was still working on it and that they would get back to me. The salesman later texted me, but never provided any numbers or meaningful information. Instead, he simply asked for a cosigner. I then asked him to try financing through my bank, and after that, I never received a response. Throughout the entire process, I felt like my trade-in was not taken seriously. They never even looked at my vehicle before essentially turning me away. The lack of communication, professionalism, and follow-through was extremely disappointing. I wasted time driving an hour to the dealership and left feeling like my business was not valued at all.

  Knowing the reputation of Shottenkirk dealerships I was hesitant to look at anything from any of their dealerships, but I went in to look at a jeep that I just had to have. When they originally wouldn’t work with me I left. Not trying to waste my time with someone who won’t try. The next day I got a text from the general manager which shocked me with it being a Sunday and them being closed. I told her I had not yet purchased a vehicle anywhere else and she went right to work. She worked all day Monday and Tuesday, I didn’t think we were going to be able to make a deal and had given up. She called Wednesday and asked “when do you want to come get it?” I was really surprised to see they not only got me the numbers I wanted but did even better!!! Thank you Lexus for listening to what I wanted and needed. Lee was knowledgeable in the vehicle. Dan was very helpful in finalizing everything while the rest of the team was busy. Thank you team for making it happen.
