  Paisley was great to work with. If she didn’t have an answer she was quick to ask someone who did. I understand she’s only been in this position for a few weeks and I’m confident she’ll do well.

  I would like to share my experience with this car dealership. First of all, saw this vehicle on the website, Call about it. They said the vehicle would be there. We arrived a little late for our appointment at 12 o’clock. The first thing they wanted to do was run the credit check and wanted to know what amount would be comfortable for a car payment, which I understand. But then when we were ready to look at the vehicle, it was not even on the lot. It was a two hour wait to see the vehicle. Which of course we were not happy about since we had a 5 hour drive back home. then they started talking to us about the finance papers that they were ready for have my son sign. Sign finance papers on a vehicle that is used that he’s never laid eyes on. And no, none of us were comfortable with that and unfortunately we got aggravated and we told him you know forget it. We’ll go and look at the vehicle on the lot that it is at so we walked out got in the truck. The sales girl came out. She was very nice and asked us to please be patient. It was her fault. Go get some lunch and it would be on them.. So we asked her when will the vehicle be here and she told us we went to lunch came back. The vehicle was still not there and we waited around. It finally got there. He looked at it. He liked it. They agreed on a price. got in the finance room and the price of the vehicle that was agreed upon suddenly, all these hidden charges that were not discussed were added to the price of the vehicle, and of course him being a first time buyer did not realize that he had to be on his toes for somebody to take advantage of him. We finally figured it out called them and that’s when we realized all the hidden charges. It’s not our job to pay a commission fee to these people and whatever else they added onto it which was about $4000.. So if you go there be mindful of the finance department because what they agree on is not what you’re gonna be walking out with on your paperwork.

  Went in tonight with every intention to purchase a used truck, unfortunately all the “dealer addons” threw me! You’re out of your mind if you expect me to believe you re tint every vehicle on your lot. This is PURE bait and switch technique. Do not believe the dealer add one are a must! Go somewhere else and price shop. Other dealerships have morals.

  CAUTION - BAIT AND SWITCH INCOMING. We agreed to a deal on a car 3 days ago. I applied for financing through their website that night, with perfect credit and income history by the way - the highest credit tier, called to follow up for a call back from financing manager yesterday to see about the rate they would offer, and my call was never returned. I found a good rate through my credit union yesterday and asked them to match or beat it to which they agreed to do. After multiple calls and texts asking for updates, fast forward to today when most likely none of their banks had offered to even match the rate I got from my bank, and now they're telling me they are refusing to sell me the car even though we agreed to a sell price, the full advertised price by the way, I have approved financing and gave them a chance to match it with their own bank rate. I was told by the "manager" of the dealership "it's best we part ways" despite agreeing to a price and finding approved financing. Really? Is this how the car buying experience is supposed to go with 4.7 star rating on Google? Most likely fake reviews. This is a bait and switch SCAM all day. They don't want to sell me the car for the price advertised because when you sit down to do paperwork they add a "VIP" package for $895, window tint for $798, and some sort of "ceramic coating" package for $2500 on top of the advertised price and said that removing these is not an option despite them not being included on the price on their website and not being asked for by me. When I told them I was willing to pay the advertised price plus tax title and license they refused the deal. We eventually settled on including the vip cost and window tint on top of the advertised price to which all parties agreed when I started applying for the financing. After the multiple days of back and forth they pulled the rug because I didn't fall for their bait and switch. The car was advertised at $46,115 and the first deal sheet they brought out was to finance $65,000 with a $7500 extended warranty only good for 60k miles - so that's $19,000 in dealer adds when tax title and license was only $4000. They refused to sell the car because they couldn't make a sucker out of me in financing. UPDATE: Thanks for the generic lame reply. I reached out to the GM of the dealership and all she did was continue to lie about what transpired. Scroll down a week or so and you'll see another dissatisfied customer that they pulled a deal from. Their finance guy is a snake and they dodged our calls after agreeing to a deal - I applied to finance through their banks THE SAME DAY. Then called next morning for an update and no one returned my calls. Then after pulling my credit and realizing they had over promised on the rate they started asking me to show them what rate I was getting through my bank which I did. Then suddenly the deal fell apart. This is just how they do business. No counter offer no phone call. We had to continually bug them for 2 days before finally being told to "part ways ". We found the same car with lower miles at another dealer who agreed to sell it for the asking price plus TTL and NOT try to add "VIP" or "tint". The good guys win in the end.

  I made an 85 mile trip just to purchase my vehicle. All of the staff from the Manager all the way down to the Sales and mechanics were friendly and made the whole process easy. They even caught something in the final inspection that I would’ve missed that they went ahead and took care of. Glad to know that they’re still great people out there providing great experiences and service when making a big purchase like this. Thanks to the whole team!
