  So we originally left 5 stars cus the staff was really working with us trying to help us make a deal. Unfortunately their guy in charge of doing the bank deal decided to double deal us because one of their employees wanted a truck we were making a deal on and decided to sell the truck to the employee and not us as well as screwing their employee out of his commission. I highly recommend you find another dealership one that wont double deal you because their employee wants the vehicle you are trying to get. Its sad they treat their customers this way

  ⭐ Very Disappointing & Misleading Experience My husband and I drove approximately 45 minutes from Cleburne specifically to see a truck advertised for under $60,000. Before making the trip, the salesperson personally sent my husband a video of the exact truck, opening the doors, turning it on, and showing it to him. When we asked about the price, we were told it was negotiable but that we needed to come in person. When we arrived, the truck was parked right in front. We asked to see it but were taken inside instead. We then spent approximately 35–40 minutes answering questions about our budget, payment, preferences, and having our trade-in evaluated. I even asked why we couldn’t just see the truck we had driven there for. After all that, the salesperson came outside with a completely different truck — different color, year, and everything. When we again asked about the original truck, we were finally told it was actually around $89,000 — roughly $30,000 more than the advertised price. We drove all that way and were never even allowed to unlock, sit in, or test-drive the truck we specifically came to see. We were told the salesperson was unaware of the pricing error. However, she had personally sent us a video of that exact truck and discussed the price with us before asking us to come in. What concerns me even more is that as of September 3, the SAME truck is STILL being advertised at the same lower price, even after we brought the discrepancy to their attention. I have screenshots of the advertisement, messages, and the video sent to us before our visit. Our issue isn’t simply the price — it’s the lack of transparency and disregard for our time. Customers deserve accurate information before being asked to drive to a dealership. I strongly recommend confirming the actual selling price in writing before making the trip.

  I had a great experience working with Christian again! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire car-buying process. We bought 2 jeeps less than 6 months. 😅 He took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood everything. I would definitely recommend Christian to anyone looking for a vehicle and would happily work with him again in the future! Thank you! I love my jeep!

  Just bare with me. Very professional and kind people. Drove 5 hrs to be almost sure to get into one of their used cars. Turned out that there were some hidden cost that the dealership added expecting me to pay because it was already added to the vehicle. Considered a scam if you do some checking about dealerships. Again they tried to be helpful and they were all very nice. In the end they wanted us to finance an extra $3000-4000 on top of the tax, title and license. We didn't ask for these add ons but they said they were already on the vehicle and we had to pay for them. Our financing numbers went from $20000 - 26,000(including tax,ect.) In the end we walked away and they had no problems with that. If you have the money and don't mind being charged extra add ons to your vehicle(you didnt ask for), then I am sure they will truly care for your vehicle needs. Take care my friends. I can say it was a nice trip to Granbury. Beautiful town but I was ready to leave.😉

  Don't Buy from here. The good reviews are from people that paid the add on fees. Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle. The salesperson I spoke with on the phone with was not there when I arrived. Got another salesperson, did a test drive and was very happy with the vehicle. Started talking numbers and they had all these add ons. Jeremy called me the next day with the numbers again, and said he would call me back when he had better numbers. Waited 2 days and called the salesperson and they said they would get Jeremy to call me back. Jeremy called me back the next morning. I thought we worked the numbers out and I was happy. Jeremy said he would send me the paperwork and I was going to put down a deposit in the vehicle .Never heard anything back from Jeremy. They must have found someone to buy the vehicle with all the add on fees. I wouldn't buy a used tricycle from this place. They would find ways to add on fees to a tricycle. Lexus text are auto generated and not worth the time to read it. She will send out an auto generated response to this review that I should have call the main number and ask for a manager. That would have been a waste of time to call them back.
