- JHJay HarpSep 23, 20261.0Service is great until you have a breakdown in Enterprise rental vehicle. Hours of delays. Back and forth with roadside services. Being told to find your own way home! Being put on end of waiting list for replacement car. Canceled service. Sure to have billing issues later with enterprise over this. Unfortunately they have the monopoly on car rentals in Granbury. It’s a corporate issue and not this branch however 🤯
- BCBlckPearl Cinema ConsultantSep 9, 20261.0Branch manager refused service and would not assist me with switching out a safety 🙄 issue vehicle. Unacceptable to.say.the.least. According to Jordan, "Cars on lot belong to customers. So the Manager arrived from a meeting with his boss and this is what he did to me. I would video coverage reviewed ASAP I'm done with with Enterprise My gut says catch an Lyft or Uber to another.rental.car.dealershop.to.rent another vehicle to continue retirement vacation journey. If was an option This location and the initial one who gave me a 🍋 with slow leaking tire. By the way. I was told to take the Nissan to another location to switch it outt. Well I did and I still have a car whose tires feel unsafe The car wobbles on the fwy. Thank God I made it safely thus far. Waiting for a response from a professional who can.help.resolve my concern ..which now became a Problem Thanks Jordan E. This location and the AZ location are NOT meeting the expectations of Enterprise according to my most humble opinion . @EnterpriseCares Cole the branch manager rudely but courteously refused to speak to me after I chose to not speak to him alone in his office and ....please immediately look at what he did to my blanket before I left.
