  cust service dropped the ball again 2nd time car trouble and road side service promised they were sending us to swap out cars. both times we were sent to a rental center with no car for us. we did get to take the car to be repaired and cont out trip. just don't like being lied to

  Was treated with respect, the vehicle ran great great gas mileage. And pick up and drop off was excellent.

  Our agent Abed went above and beyond. He was able to provide us an upgrade, and our Buick Enclave performed beautifully on our road trip. Pick up and drop off were qiuck and easy. Abed gave me a thorough review of the car’s features and even helped me set up Carplay on my iPhone. He deserves a promotion!

  I've been super happy with this location every time I need to rent a car, everyone has been kind and efficient. This last time I was not having a great day, there was some confusion with my pickup person. The staff noticed, asked me if I needed assistance and went out of their way to help me get home. Thank you Abid, and I believe the other gentleman were both named Cole? Your kindness was VERY much appreciated!

  Employees are trained to lie to customers – Horrible experience! I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated at the Granbury Enterprise location. It is painfully obvious that this company is training their employees to lie to customers just to get them out the door, and then backing it up with combative customer service. When I rented my car, I was charged a $300 deposit. Upon returning the vehicle, I asked the young man at the counter when the deposit would be refunded. He looked at me and said he had already refunded the money, claiming I just needed to wait for my bank to release it. When I didn't see it pending on my banking app, I called my bank directly. The bank confirmed that Enterprise had NOT issued the refund yet—because if they had, it would have immediately shown up in a pending status. I called the branch to figure out what was going on, and the first lady I spoke to was incredibly defensive and immediately started shifting the blame onto me. I hung up and decided to drive back to the Granbury location to sort it out in person. Unbelievably, the same young man who lied to my face earlier actually kicked me out of the building! I tried calling one last time to get some answers and got yet another prideful, defensive lady who refused to be helpful. They took my money, lied about refunding it, blamed me on the phone, and then literally threw me out when I caught them in their lie. Save yourself the massive headache and rent your cars from literally anywhere else.
