The first thing you hear on the phone is that you MUST accept AI training off your voice and interactions in order to speak on the phone at all. There wasn't enough staff at this location to even take my call until an hour and a half past my reservation time. Then they informed me that it was their policy to not pick up customers on the weekends because of being short staffed. I cancelled my reservation because this is unacceptable.
