  Aztec for Service department went above and beyond to get our truck back up and running, we had taken it to another dealership multiple times and they kept giving us the same issue, which we had fixed and the problem with the motor was still there, so we decided to take it to Aztec and I am very Happy that we did, they worked hard to figure out the problem and worked with the Ford Protect warranty to get it fixed- ended up needing a new motor- Stormy was Amazing and keeping me updated on everything and getting me into a loaner so that I was that I was not without a vehicle, and I called her a lot and she was never rude, always polite with me and when she said she would call me back she always did. Thank you Aztec Ford for you Amazing team and great customer service

  Monica was an amazing Advisor she went above and beyond for me. Being stuck at work while your car needs attention is always stressful, but Monica took care of me and kept me updated every step of the way. Her communication and professionalism and efficiency were top notch. I highly recommend her because of the excellence service she provided!

  Just bought a Silverado 1500 and I️ have to say, this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever made. Amanda is super helpful.
