  Vanguard has a great service department! Chelsea at the service desk is very informative and knowledgeable about the mack and volvo line, she is very thorough and follows up with you on every step of the repair process, they really take the time to help you get what you need and don't push things that you don't! I had a pretty big repair and Alex, the shop forman was really conscious of the fact that I needed the job done as soon as possible, to eliminate downtime with the truck, Andy the technician that did the job has years of experience with Volvo and is willing to go above and beyond to answer questions about the process! I have dealt with many service departments in my life and I can tell you Vanguard Volvo Georgetown is top notch!! It’s nice to go to a large franchise and be treated like you matter! Thank you Chelsea, Alex, and Andy! I highly recommend Vanguard Volvo Mack!
