Then, once the oil change actually starts, it takes more than 30 minutes? And that’s after I spent another 30 minutes sitting in line waiting to get into the bay in the first place. Come on, guys. At this point, just stop lying to yourselves. 😂 To be fair, the staff seemed to be doing their best. They were friendly, greeted customers, and passed out cold waters to everyone waiting—which I genuinely appreciated. But during the entire time I was there, I didn’t see a single car make it through in anything close to 10 minutes. If you’re advertising a “10 Minute Oil Change,” customers are understandably going to expect the service to at least somewhat resemble that. Friendly staff. Appreciated the water. But “10 Minute Oil Change” this was not.

The new manager was extremely rude!! You need to change the name, because you are trying to be like Christian Brothers but not even close!! Definitely won’t be returning.

They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was taken care of, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s not often you find great customer service paired with quality work, but they definitely delivered. I highly recommend asking for Brandon and Blake if you need an oil change!
