  Shawn & his team found an issue and went out of his way to correct it which saved me a lot of trouble from a regular oil change service. Upmost service and A++++! Will surely come back here next time because of the care he gave in checking out the car and making sure everything is good before leaving than going to the dealership. Thank you!

  Fast, courteous service. The technician even offered me a bottle of cold water. Great price. Best oil change experience I have had in 60 years of driving

  Waited in line for 45 minutes. Then proceeded to take 25 minutes to get an oil change with no a/c in the Texas heat. Waiting over an hour for an oil change is insane. There were only 2 vehicles in front of me.

  My father-in-law visited to perform an oil change on his Dodge Challenger and, regrettably, Connie damaged his dipstick. Notably, he is 72 years old and tends to avoid confrontations. Unfortunately, they declined to take responsibility and instead advised him to submit a complaint to customer service. It is advisable to exercise caution when visiting this establishment to avoid property damage and insufficient resolution. The remaining part of the dipstick is stuck in the tube. He now has to go to a mechanic shop to have it replaced. They should be ashamed.

  Got there at 12 when they opened on Sunday. 2 bays and they told me to follow the first person there. 22 mins later they told me to go to the other bay. 12:48 it was done. If it was not for Jorge I would have probably left 1 star. But Jorge was courteous and offered me water. Upgrade on airfilter sure… $30 upgrade that I could have done myself but young man is trying. As far as how it’s ran it could be better. Jorge was just following cadence by the leader in charge. White car behind me left cause it was taking too long. If your going to advertise 10 min oil changes better be close to it not double the time or more. I taught it was okay experience. I got a coupon from the mail is the main reason I came but probably won’t be back. I have an oil change place in cedar park that’s really but it’s far but I think I’ll take the little drive to get the service I want. Jorge was good non of this falls back on him. He was trying and very communicative and hard working. Also Owners dont put generic response to call or text a number. Or email you guys. Thats bad customer service. You see my name and I signed up on your system look it up. That’s true customer service.
