I recently took my vehicle to Rush Automotive for an $80 alignment, but was told they couldn't complete the service unless I replaced the rear control arms, which would cost approximately $1,600 for parts and labor. What was frustrating was the lack of a clear explanation from the front desk as to why these parts needed to be replaced or why the existing OEM control arms couldn't be used. We left feeling confused and unsure why such an expensive repair was necessary for what we thought would be a routine alignment. We decided to get a second opinion at another shop, and they were able to successfully complete the alignment. They also inspected the vehicle and confirmed that the adjustable control arms Rush Automotive recommended were not necessary. I understand that different shops may have different recommendations, but when you're asking a customer to spend $1,600 instead of $80, I believe a detailed explanation is important. I would have appreciated better communication and a clearer understanding of why the additional parts were being recommended. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience. I just wish Rush Automotive had taken the time to explain their findings and why they felt the additional work was necessary, especially since another shop was able to complete the alignment without replacing any parts.

Great service. Took my car in because it was throwing multiple codes & I had trouble with the check engine. Staying on when the auto start was turned on. In less than two hours, I was back on the road and the price was excellent for the time & parts. Highly recommended

The guys at Rush did excellent work on replacing my A/C condenser. This was a full dash-out replacement, and it was complete in a day. Very impressed with speed and accuracy of the work. Additionally, they did this for about $500 less than the dealer. To top it off, the service guys were the nicest guys—great for a chat about cars and music. Just icing on the cake.

On a drive back to base I had an item hit my windshield- went in asking if they had anything I could sit on for the drive back when they offered to vacuum out the inside and gave me tape to put over the glass so i didn’t continue to fall out. Would 10/10 times recommend this shop for their amazing hospitality. Thank you for turning a scary situation into one that feels less heavy.

I've recently started using Rush Automotive for my car preventative maintenance. They are a family owned company. One of the owners sat down with me to get to know me and explain their company. They were just checking my brakes to see if I needed replacements which they told me I didn't. There prices are great on the things I've had done and are similar to the manufacturer prices. There lounge if your waiting is fantastic with full reclining lounge chairs. Place is very clean. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use them.
