Nice friendly people, but I stopped in at 7 AM for an appointment to check hoses and do a radiator flush radiator and put coolant in and found out at 9 AM that they didn't have the part to fix it. The part needed was a hose as it was to replace one that came loose during travel. The car was not even worked on it seems as they drove the car right back out when they said they didn't have the part. I seems it would have been removed through inspection, or found during initial inspection? So, I ended up getting the car back and just taking it to a Ford/Lincoln dealer in Georgetown, Texas where they had a a great stock of parts and provided immediate and expeditious service.

This review is a reflection of the service I received: First off: brand new truck, bought it lifted from factory out of Lauras Ford in Sullivan Missouri. Drove the truck back to Austin, Texas with no issues, then had to drive up to Illinois a week later. Drive was great, no issues, while working in illinois my collision sensor disabled which made me lose Cruise control (adaptive) so the drive home to texas sucked. Brought my truck into Mac Haik service where my service representative (DM) took my information, I specified the truck was bought as is and should carry all warranties and even told them where I bought it from. Truck gets looked at and the service technician sent me an email late that evening with a video stating what the issue was (calibration) due to lift and tires. All good and well, I called and gave them the go ahead to fix it. No one told me this is a non-warranty issue voluntarily, I had to text the service representative and ask them directly if I was being charged and they said yes: 900.00 and made no regard in contacting the dealership I bought it from or anything. This is what disappoints me: The first thought from the service tech and or rep should have been "this is a brand new truck" Lets contact the original dealer. But I got on the horn and they quickly responded with "we will take care of it Troy, dont' worry about a thing" and they did thankfully. Another "no contact" point was, I was going to rent a car, which Ford would have picked up the bill on had it been a ford rental and a covered warranty item. Luckily I thought ahead before getting the car and asked my service rep if it would be paid for and they responded "No". So I went Friday, Sat, Sunday with no vehicle and Monday they found me a loaner. So thank you for that. The service technician disconnected my Dash Cam, this is my truck, my camera and unless it was getting in the way, they had no right to do so. Also they un-tucked all my wires into the headboard for the Dashcam and when I picked it up this morning, I had to fix it. I'm sorry but what service technician can't take 2 seconds to reconnect my dashcam and tuck the cables in like they were when it arrived : this pisses me off... Now my truck is reading the wrong MPH but its gonna stay that way. The failures here are: poor communication No attempt to contact the other dealership willing to invoice me on a 1 month old truck for something I had no control over Not putting my dash cam back the way it was, or just flat out disconnecting it without my permission. I know this is a big shop thats why i'm giving 3 out of 5 stars, but being busy shouldn't take away from customer service, or doing the job correctly. The lady behind the counter who does the invoicing was amazing and cheerful as was the guy who got me my loaner. Not sure i'll be using this shop for future services.

The past few service interactions have been okay but nothing to brag about to friends and colleagues; however, the service interaction that occurred on Tuesday May 5 was GREAT. My service advisor was Kait Puckett. She was professional, capable, easy to converse with, and the service to my car was completed in an amount of time that was reasonable. To top-off my service experience, after paying for the service work, Kait had my car waiting right outside the door of the Quick Lane shop and she thanked me for bringing my car to Mac Haik that day. Way to go Kait!! In all the previous times I have come to Quick Lane, the service advisor handed me my car-key at the end of the transaction and then I would literally have to find my car amongst the myriad of vehicles in the Mac Haik parking lot. When my next service occurs, I will seek out Kait and have her handle the service event.

Absolutely, horrible experience from start to finish. I bought a pre owned from them. It was in the shop for a week I bet it back and it's 50x worse then when I dropped it off .derrick shaw the sales manager was a horrible shady person very demanding, very controlling sky rocketing my monthly payments as high as he possibly could thinking because this is my first vehicle purchase I didn't know anything about what was happening. He in fact was very wrong about that I played it very well. Jesse the sales guy couldn't answer any questions without derricks help. If you want a lemon vehicle look no further Mac haik is here to help with that! Out of derricks own mouth he said "we are glad it kicked back so we can take this truck to the auction."

I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Before making the 2-hour drive, I was clearly told by the sales agent that the truck would be serviced, detailed, had brand new tires, and had no damage. Unfortunately, when I arrived, none of that was accurate. The tires were visibly worn, and when I questioned it, I was told they only replace tires if they fail inspection — which directly contradicted what I had been told earlier. I also discovered a noticeable dent on the rear bumper and a crack in the windshield, neither of which were disclosed beforehand. The truck was also not detailed as promised. During the test drive, the vehicle clearly needed an alignment, and one of the tires (rear right) was already low on air. I brought this up, and the sales agent reassured me there was no issue and simply added air. However, shortly after leaving the lot, the same tire lost air again and ultimately had to be replaced entirely at my expense. A few days after driving the truck, we also noticed abnormal tire wear on the front tires — one side of each tire is already balding, which typically indicates an alignment issue. This means we now have to pay for both an alignment and replacement tires, despite being told the truck would come with new tires to begin with. Additionally, the information listed about the vehicle online was inaccurate. When I brought this up, the dealership dismissed responsibility and blamed a third party instead of addressing the issue. When I asked to speak with a manager about my concerns, I spoke with the sales manager (Shaw, I believe). Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he became aggressive, raised his voice, and told me they could only reduce the price by $500 — or refund me and “sell it to someone else.” This felt very dismissive and intimidating, especially after I had already traveled a long distance. On top of that, communication around financing was extremely misleading. I repeatedly asked about interest rates and was either told they didn’t have the information or given vague answers. At one point, I was told to expect around 5–6%, which turned out to be completely inaccurate. After purchasing the truck, additional issues came up, including a strong gasoline smell inside the vehicle, which is now something I have to get inspected. I also want to note that I felt I was not taken seriously throughout this process. As a younger buyer, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a way that was unprofessional and, at times, intimidating. Regardless of age, every customer deserves honesty, transparency, and respect. If I had the option, I would return this vehicle. However, the dealership’s 14-day return policy only offers store credit toward another vehicle on their lot, which is not a reasonable solution given my experience. After the lack of honesty and professionalism throughout this process, I am not comfortable doing business with this dealership again. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I feel that I was misled multiple times throughout the process, and the condition of the vehicle did not match what was promised. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this dealership proceed with caution, thoroughly inspect the vehicle, and get everything in writing before making the trip.
