    I brought my 2023 Ford F-150 to Mac Haik Ford for a check engine light, a passenger window concern, and routine maintenance. The repairs themselves appear to have been completed correctly, and I appreciate that my service advisor, Phillip, remained courteous and professional throughout the process. He answered my questions, honored the promised 0.5-hour labor reduction on the oxygen sensor repair, and immediately corrected a $180 billing error after I brought it to his attention. Unfortunately, the overall customer experience was disappointing and required far more involvement on my part than it should have. My truck remained at the dealership for nearly two weeks for repairs that ultimately consisted of replacing one oxygen sensor, performing a window calibration/programming procedure, and completing an oil change and tire rotation. Once the repairs were authorized, they were completed relatively quickly, which left me wondering why so much time had elapsed before meaningful progress was made. I repeatedly had to reach out first to receive updates, and it often felt like the service process stalled unless I initiated communication. Communication was reactive rather than proactive. Several important details about the recommended repairs and pricing only became clear after I asked numerous follow-up questions. I also discovered a $180 charge on the final invoice that had never appeared on any previous estimate. To the dealership’s credit, they reviewed it, admitted it was a mistake, and promptly removed it—but it should never have made it onto the invoice in the first place. I also requested a 4:00 p.m. concierge delivery, and Phillip correctly submitted that request. However, the concierge delivered my truck around 1:35 p.m. while I was at work and not home. While I appreciate the convenience of the delivery service, delivering it hours earlier than requested meant I wasn’t able to inspect the truck, verify that the check engine light was off, or confirm the passenger window was functioning properly before the driver left. In the end, I believe the technician performed quality work, and Phillip genuinely tried to help whenever I reached out. However, the overall service process was undermined by delays, inconsistent communication, a billing error that I had to identify, and a failure to honor a confirmed delivery request. I left feeling that I had to actively manage my own service appointment from start to finish rather than being able to rely on the dealership to keep me informed, communicate proactively, and follow through on agreed-upon details. Although the repairs appear to have been completed properly, the amount of follow-up required on my part made this an experience I would not want to repeat. I will likely use a different Ford dealership for future service.

    Service dept was a nightmare to deal with. Dwayne is extremely aggressive, unprofessional and unapologetic when he was in the wrong. Calls are recorded by Ford and I have emails proving his unprofessional aggression. Management never followed up concerning any of proof I had concerning his behaviors. It just takes that one super bad person to mess it up for the whole company and management to just not care. I guess this is just the way this Ford dealership handles business which just isn't the way not the way I want to be treated. Round Rock of Kia has always been kind and amazing so hopefully i don't ever have to deal with Mac Haik ever again. Thanks for your response - no one answers or returns my calls when I call that number - I have been looking for resolutions since the beginning of June 2026.This is just an ongoing issue without resolution.

    I went with my girlfriend to buy a used vehicle yesterday. Everything went really smooth and we got a pretty good deal on the trade-in and on the new vehicle. My only concern was what took place during the test drive. When we were about a mile and a half down the road, the seatbelt alarm on the front dash went off saying a seatbelt was off in the back seat. I looked back and noticed that the salesman had taken his seatbelt off and was sitting there on his phone. I very quickly called him out and told him to put his seatbelt back on as we were actively moving. I didn't care so much about the phone as I did him not wearing his seatbelt. As a paramedic of 15 years, I can't tell you the number of scenarios that were going through my head in that moment.

    I just bought a new F-150 from Mac Haik and it was the best experience I've had all year it started with my salesperson Melanie and ended with my business manager Gabriel these two people in addition to many others at the dealership led to a beautiful transaction which I am very happy with Melanie went above and beyond and took me for several test drives while I was trying to figure out which truck I wanted she was very patient and walked all over the lot many times to grab a vehicle for me to test drive she actually did it so many times that I felt guilty making her do it but she was willing to do it without complaining and by encouraging me to take my time and make the right decision I'm 72 years old and this was the best car buying experience that I've ever had Gabriel was also extraordinarily nice to me and was low pressure or should I say no pressure and did exactly what I wanted done he was fast accurate and a pleasure to work with I highly recommend this dealership mainly because it felt good every person at that dealership would smile at me and greet me and make me feel important not that that was necessary but it was certainly a bonus I would give them a 10 star but they only let me give them five have a nice day and God bless you

    I’m so impressed with the service team! I brought my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport in for routine maintenance, but I was also experiencing a very loud noise whenever I backed up. It honestly felt like the rear end of my vehicle was going to fall apart. I’m not very knowledgeable about vehicle terminology, but the service advisors took the time to listen, explain everything in a way I could understand, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, thoroughly investigated the issue, and worked diligently to ensure my warranty was utilized to its fullest extent, saving me unnecessary expenses. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for their customers were exceptional. It's not often you find a service department that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but this team absolutely does. I truly appreciate everything they did and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused automotive service. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
