  I would give zero if the options is available. They took the reservation and when you get there they told you they don’t nothing available. The employee behind the desk had shoes kicked off like in his own living room. Disgusting place. Not even mentioning the office smells like all cats and dogs been smoking for 30 years. You are warned.

  They gave me a pissy smelling car and refused to swap it. Horrible customer service no empathy given and no sense of urgency. Would never come here again

  Absolutely the worst.! This is the lowest rated Enterprise with 3.3 stars, renter beware! Enterprise went downhill something terrible, they used to be the best. Hayden (branch manager) told me bring back my car as it had a recall. I said I need a truck. He said no problem. He told me he has a Nissan frontier and a Colorado to choose from. I said please put your hands on it twice, to make sure it was there as I’m driving 45 minutes. He promised me it was there. Once I got there, a 45 minute drive up from Austin he LIED to me and said he doesn’t have any truck for me. I waited outside for four hours while calling customer service, NO response from anybody. Now I have to get a ride home. He closed my prepaid contract. I told him to open back up as I’ll take a car and he said he can’t. I than called customer service and they reopened my contract that was prepaid for. I did not tell him to close my contract. He said I went out side and was rude to him so he closed it. He refused to rent to me. He says he had the right to refuse service to anyone. This was no fault of my own. Enterprise left me stranded with no car after I did them a courtesy of returning there car because of a recall, I waited for a friend to pick me up from Austin. I was stranded till after 6 pm due to Hayden. Hayden is a stain on Enterprise and reading all his 1 star reviews I can’t believe he is still with Enterprise!!! I thought Entrrprise was a quality company. As he passed me in the parking lot after close he asked me if I got a car from another Enterprise location, told him no and he taunted me. I told him I left him Google review and he said “I don’t care”. Of course he doesn’t care. He’s in in the wrong business!!! Hayden is a disgruntled employee on a power trip, worst kind.

  Working with Hayden made renting a car easy. He was professional, friendly and patient. Definitely will use this office again.

  My hail repair body shop referred me to Enterprise. The Enterprise team helped me from pick up thru the rental. When we ran into an unexpected communications hitch with the body shop on returning the vehicle, Haydon managed it well. Thank you Haydon and the team for making a stressful experience easier.
