  I had a reservation today for pickup at 3:00PM. Its been 2 and half hour still waiting for the car. Called customer service 4 times still hasn't got any response. This is the worst customer service experience I ever had my life! Now I am stuck and able to travel. Don't book the enterprise at all! Worst decision of my life!!!

  Rental experience was fine so far. Rental was arranged through insurance. No issues. Staff at this location was friendly and the car was ready at my scheduled pickup time. Hopefully the rest of the process goes as smoothly.

  True professionals, they explained the contract in detail and the staff were extremely friendly.

  Avoid this place at all cost. The manager apparently told his detail guys he had an emergency and left. I arrived for my schedule time to pick up a rental, waited for 40min for him to return. Once he arrived he told me he had no cars to rent out even though I had a confirmed car on email. This place is a joke, poor customer service. You wonder why 3.3 stars.

  This place is simply amazing. The friendliest most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond. I made the mistake of trying another car rental place in town and it was a nightmare. Never again ….. this place can’t be beat. Definitely by far best car rental around.
