  Disappointed the worse service they didn't have the vehicle I order. The guy didn't want to help I guess nobody wants to work anymore. I had to call another location i got a lady that try to help she said she was going to escalate it to a manager to get us a vehicle but I am still waiting on a call back. I am sorry but enterprise use to be a good company but lately they have been a letdown.

  The worst experience I asked for a 8 passenger SUV I got there in 2300 N Austin Avenue to pick up the vehicle and they told me they only have a 7 passenger SUV that all they had if I wanted it if not they can rent it to someone else. I ask if the guy could check in there locations I could try. Some I call to other location they told me that they were going to have a manager try to look for a 8 passenger vehicle that they would call me back they never call back. If I could put 1/2 a star I would I am disappointed on enterprise because you make plans. Because they didn't have the vehicle they promised now I have to change all the plans for my wife birthday and on the next day my sons graduation. I hope someone reads this review. 2 thumbs down

  If I could give negative stars, I would. Hayden is extremely unprofessional. Came in to pick up my dad’s scheduled rental through insurance and treated him like he wasn’t even a person. My dad had a stroke and his speech is slurred, my dad kept trying to talk to him and be friendly and he completely ignored him. And kept asking if my dad is physically able to drive. My dad’s fine, he’s not mentally disabled and he’s a person, even if he was, still very disrespectful. When I came in they were already having issues with other people as well.

  I had made a reservation 1 month in advance and when I went to come pick it up they just decided not to open that day and pretty much after going to multiple other locations and calling corporate they simply said sorry we wind honor your reservation. Worst experience ever and what a horrible way to run a business

  Absolutely HORRIBLE! I have never had a good experience with them (made me late to my grandfather's funeral years ago), and this time was no different (it's who my mom-in-law picked). We had a reservation that my mom-in-law made and double checked, and when we went to get the car, the location was seemingly closed, two hours before the posted closing time! There were people inside, but the door was locked and no one let us in, or the other 3 people who showed up trying to get in! They told my mom-in-law before, AND Google said, that this location is open during the time that we showed up. My mom-in-law tried calling and got NO answer - actually the call was just disconnected after holding for several minutes. We tried the other location in town, and they were no help either and said they had nothing for us. I ended up booking last-minute with Turo and had a much better experience!
