  First: I was picked up promptly from the collision center to be driven to pick up the rental. The driver (Darwin) was courteous and friendly and drove very safely. The manager (Allen) made sure everything went smoothly and that we were completely satisfied with the vehicle that we rented. Assistant mgr. (Ben) also was involved with making sure we had excellent customer service with our vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle Allen understood that I needed a ride back to my residence and within three minutes I was in a vehicle taking me home I forgot the drivers name but he was very courteous and was a very safe driver. The reason we had to rent a vehicle wasn't just for fun it was for necessity since someone had crashed into our vehicle and totaled it. It was a traumatic experience for us and all of the employees at this enterprise went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and that if there was anything else we needed that they were available to take care of any issues. It is very difficult to find a business with such devoted employees working as hard as they did. That pretty much sums up why I liked this enterprise experience at this location. Thank you!

  i just recently rented a car here and staff are very nice and accomodating specially with their customer's needs! highly recommended!!! happy with the service!

  I needed a car with 8 seats so we reserved a premium SUV. I was picking up the car Saturday so I called Monday to verify and was assured we would get an 8 passenger premium SUV, when we arrived to pick it up there wasn’t one available. I didn’t have any other option but 7 passenger, so we ended up with a minivan and had to bring our own car as well to have enough seats which is unacceptable. What’s the point of a reservation if it’s not honored? The gentleman who helped us was very kind and empathetic but there wasn’t anything he could do.

  Used the Enterprise Round Rock location for years and Round Rock is are good but often really busy. First time trying this location. Really nice and fast in and out. Ben helped me and did great. I am kinda picky when given choices and he went above and beyond to accommodate me. Will be back renting from this location.

  I've been using this locations for almost 1.5 years because I have to rent weekly for work. This location has always been my 1st choice of locations in the area. (I had a couple bad experiences at the location in Round Rock) Recently, they have had a lot of my favorites leave to be promoted to other locations and I was afraid the quality would go down, however to my surprise they have a new employee named Derwin Finley who is amazing! He's friendly and very knowledgeable. He takes his time with each rental and make sure customers are all set with the car of choice. I love this location and appreciate the great service that I receive.
