  Excellent experience from start to finish! Communication was clear and consistent, and they were exceptionally accommodating throughout the process. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the final result was very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends!

  This was my first-ever car accident, and unfortunately it happened to my brand new camper van that I’d only had for a few weeks. I needed a bumper replacement and got an initial estimate from my insurance, then brought it over to Alliance Collision Center. From start to finish, they made the whole process incredibly easy. Their estimate came in right in line with what insurance quoted, with no back-and-forth or surprises. Everything went smoothly, and I could tell they took real care of my van while it was in the shop. When I picked it up and drove it home, a small cosmetic piece around the light came loose and fell off. I already knew that tab was fragile and a little loose even before the accident, so I wasn’t upset with Alliance at all. I just reached out to confirm the part had been properly installed when I left, planning to treat it as a warranty issue with the dealer. Instead, Alliance immediately offered to replace it at no charge and even went the extra mile to secure the fitting better so it wouldn’t happen again. That level of service really stood out to me. I’m extremely satisfied with how Alliance handled everything. They were professional, honest, and truly customer-focused. If you need collision repair, I highly recommend them!

  Alliance does a fantastic job!! We brought my husband’s 2020 Hino 268 box truck back to these guys both times due to a tree limb catching the top of the roof of the box and slicing the whole roof. Both experiences were absolutely amazing. We requested to have it finished within a certain amount of time and they did just that!!! They kept us up to date on everything going on with the truck throughout the process!! These guys are truly phenomenal at what they do!!! Thank you so very much for helping us get our truck back on the road!! Alliance is our go to for our business!! Huge thank you to Matt and Phil and your team!!!!

  Phil and his entire team at Alliance Collision Repair went above and beyond to ensure that repairs were done promptly with quality replacement parts and labor. No added extra costs and surprise billing. Their staff is professional and knowledgeable. There is no other collision repair company I would trust to take a personal or fleet vehicle to.
