  I had a great experience with Phil at Alliance. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy to understand, and was professional and patient throughout.   The work eventually got done, but I'm not sure I'm happy with it after three visits and more than two months. It started off taking six weeks to repair a door and rear quarter panel. After the first month when my insurance coverage for a rental ended, they claimed it would only be a couple more days. When it wasn't, they offered to pay for a second rental (one of the only good things that happened). We had that rental for another week and a half. When we finally got the car back it was a complete mess. There were several pieces of trim on the inside that were not installed correctly. There was a gap or they were actually loose. The clear coat had not been properly sanded. It felt completely rushed out the door. When we took it back to have all that corrected, they decided they had broken one of the interior pieces and had to order a new one. And the "fixes" to the paint were worse than the first time. There were streaks left from the sanding that were not buffed out. Didn't seem like there was even a decent attempt to buff it. And the car was dirty inside and out. Now we had to make a third trip. They were kind enough to buff out a new scratch that somebody left us and do a minor touch up that was not related to the original repair. However, there was a new scratch on the door they had been working on the whole time. Needles to say, we won't be back. Response to Owner's Comment: It's a little late for that. If the initial 6 weeks and two follow-ups weren't enough, I have no reason to expect any additional follow-ups would make enough difference to offset the additional inconvenience.
