  No ice no drinks coffee half warm. What a jacked up store. Manager needs to get off his ass and get stuff done here. What a joke.

  Small and dirty bathrooms. Not enough gas pumps and they’re glitchy. Better driving a bit further for a different spot.

  My boyfriend, myself, and two of our children went to this location earlier today. My kids are 7f and 3m. Took my kids to the restroom, when we came out my son was getting into everything so I was picking him up and he was screaming his little head off, fighting me (because that’s what 3 year olds do when they want to buy the entire store). My boyfriend is trying to help me by getting the things we were gonna purchase out of my hands so I could hold my son. There was a tall, skinny lady probably in her late 40s. She said “I can help yall over here”, my son is literally screaming, throwing a fit- my boyfriend is trying to get the other things out of my hands- we didn’t necessarily hear her, at least weren’t intentionally ignoring her, and she said “or I’ll just stand here/ yall can go over there” extremely rude and sarcastically. I was going to say something right there, cause why you being rude as hell to a mother with a screaming toddler? My boyfriend said “hey it’s fine,” because he saw my face. Getting my son out of the store and into the car was my priority. But, it annoyed me enough to make a review and call the store. When I called the store she argued with me over the phone and then gave the phone to the manager and she didn’t seem to care at all. I just, don’t understand what the point of being like that is. Everyone going through there is traveling, if you have children you know traveling with kids makes it that much more challenging.

  The morning staff at 6:00 am are lazy and defensive. I purchased a shower using the app and got to my shower and the toilet had diarrhea stains on the bottom part of the seat. I asked for a spray bottle and cleaning rag and the woman at the desk said "how did you get a shower", then gets on the intercom and says," there's a guy complaining about the shower". Then a guy comes to my shower with no cleaning supplies to tell me that usually we put the lid down, then walks over to put the toilet seat down and walk away. I stopped him and pointed out that the giant crap stain isnt sanitary. He goes and gets a bottle and rag, wipes it down and walks out. He half passed cleaned the toilet i had to use wipes to finish cleaning it. Smh.
