My car-buying journey wasn’t a quick decision. I researched, compared, asked countless questions, and visited multiple dealerships before making my choice. From the very beginning, Ronnie made the experience exceptional. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and professional every step of the way. He never pressured me, answered every question honestly, addressed every concern, and gave me the time I needed to make the right decision. Buying a vehicle is a significant investment, and Ronnie understood that. He focused on earning my business rather than simply making a sale.
When I FINALLY decided on my 2026 Cadillac Escalade, he made the experience unforgettable by giving me three dozen beautiful assorted roses and a giant red bow on my new vehicle. It was such a thoughtful and classy gesture that made this milestone even more special.

I had an outstanding experience working with Christina Rodriguez at Clay Cooley Cadillac. From the moment I arrived, Christina was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service.
She kept me informed throughout the entire service process, clearly explained the work being performed, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Her communication was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, attention to detail, and a sincere commitment to customer satisfaction as well as Christina does. She made what could have been a stressful service visit a completely positive experience.

Steven and Richie are the best. I hadn't shopped for a car in 20 years, but when my truck finally came to an end, it was hard to navigate the market for another car.
We had gone to a couple of other dealerships in the process in Plano, and without naming them, had a horrible experience with service which made it frustrating beyond belief. It was surprising considering that those dealerships were some of the larger dealerships in the area. We found cars not clean, changing prices, and an apathetic attitude to us as potential buyers.
So, when we inquired about a car at Clay Cooley, we expected much the same. We were completely blown away by the level of service we received from just one call about a particular vehicle. Because of the distance between us and the dealership, or maybe because they just go the extra mile normally, Steven sent us a small video of the car we were looking at online. When we arrived at the dealership for an appointment, Steven was busy so we took a test drive with Richie. The car was exactly as advertised, priced exactly as advertised, and the cleanest car we'd been shown in the area. Richie was nice, understood what we needed, was genuinely invested in us as people, and incredibly attentive. We thought that was the end of the experience and decided to buy. To our surprise, Steven checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of as well. We had gotten to the dealership rather late and there was another customer that was holding up the man that we needed the paperwork from. The dealership was closing so we thought that we might have to come back the next day. But both Steven and Richie stayed with us to wait for the documents well after closing which was incredibly nice. Beyond that, both of them are the type of people that are down to earth, funny, charismatic, and honestly the type of people you'd invite home as friends rather than just some random men that sold you a car.
I'm not sure what the company's main philosophy is toward customer service. I'm sure like any dealership they have their quotas and projections for sales, but they have something they're doing VERY right when it comes to providing the level of service and attention we received and I'll never forget it. It's a lasting impression that's unusual for just buying a car, and I'm incredibly grateful.

On March 6, 2026 I stepped into Clay Cooley Cadillac in Mesquite. I was greeted by Richard. He took me, my daughter and granddaughter to his office. Richard took the time to hear me on what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I didn't want to test drive until I was approved for what I wanted. Once I did the test drive and came back Richard took a birthday card around for everyone to sign it for my granddaughter. I drove away with my dream car and a new family member. The last two times I have been there everyone was friendly and went above and beyond. Yesterday when Christina greeted me for my oil change she was polite and helpful. She was the same when I was checking out and also told me about some services I am able to use.
