Ronnie was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ronnie was amazing!! From the moment we started talking, he was cool, calm, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer our questions, gave me all the information we. needed, and let us make the decision without being pushy or forceful.
The entire process was incredibly smooth and fast — honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. We went in looking and ended up walking out with the Cadillac Escalade! 😍
If you’re looking for someone who is informative, easy to work with, and actually makes buying a car enjoyable, ask for Ronnie. I would absolutely recommend him!
I recently purchased a Cadillac CT5-V, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sonny on the finance team was absolutely fantastic to work with.
He made the entire finance process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured.
What really stood out was Sonny’s effort in helping me secure the right wheel and tire warranty for the car and explained the coverage so I could make an informed decision.
Sonny was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me the best deal possible. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the work he put in.
I absolutely love my CT5-V and had a great experience from start to finish. If you’re buying a Cadillac, I highly recommend working with Sonny. He’s a tremendous asset to the dealership and deserves all the recognition!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Clay Cooley Cadillac in Mesquite.
From the very beginning of trying to get my Cadillac XT4 serviced, communication was a major issue. I was repeatedly told that Karla would call me regarding a loaner vehicle, but I never received those calls. I was also told more than once that I would be the next person on the list for a loaner, yet I never received any follow-up. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly call the dealership for updates while trying to balance work and transportation.
My Cadillac XT4 began jerking while driving, and the check engine light came on. Since then, I have made multiple trips to the dealership and have taken countless hours off work trying to get the issue resolved.
Initially, I was told my vehicle needed a new catalytic converter, a camshaft sensor, and a crankcase pressure sensor. Before the repairs were performed, Alex quoted me one price. However, when it came time for the work to be completed, he did not honor the original quote and told me he did not remember quoting that amount. That was extremely frustrating and only added to my concerns about the overall service experience.
I approved the repairs, but the vehicle continued jerking.
I returned to the dealership, and Service Manager Alex personally drove my vehicle and confirmed that he felt the jerking. He told me someone would contact me the following day regarding a loaner vehicle, but once again, I never received a call.
A short time later, while driving, my dashboard displayed “Engine Power Reduced.” My vehicle would barely accelerate, jerked violently, and would not go faster than approximately 40 mph. It was a frightening and potentially dangerous situation.
When I brought my vehicle back to the dealership that day, Sales Manager Sonny took the time to listen to my frustrations. He was professional, accommodating, and made me feel heard during a very stressful situation. I genuinely appreciate the way he treated me and his willingness to listen.
When the vehicle was checked again, I was told a different camshaft actuator needed to be replaced. After that repair, the vehicle was still doing the exact same thing.
Most recently, another service advisor, Marc, drove my vehicle and suggested the issue may actually be the transmission. He commented that previous repairs appeared to focus on the diagnostic trouble codes rather than the symptoms the vehicle has consistently been experiencing.
The most frustrating part of this entire experience has been the lack of communication and the repeated unsuccessful repair attempts. I have repeatedly had to call for updates, promises to call me back have not been kept, and obtaining a loaner vehicle has been far more difficult than it should have been.
At this point, I have spent more than $4,000 on repairs in an effort to diagnose and fix this problem. Three months later, my Cadillac XT4 is still experiencing the exact same issue. I have made multiple trips to the dealership, lost countless hours away from work, and continue to be without a permanent solution.
I understand that diagnosing complex automotive problems can take time, but I also expect clear communication, accurate diagnostics, transparent pricing, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with the service department.
I do want to recognize Sonny for his professionalism and willingness to listen when I needed someone to acknowledge what I had been experiencing. I also appreciate Marc taking the time to drive my vehicle and consider that the issue may be the transmission instead of simply relying on diagnostic codes.
I hope this review encourages improvements in both customer service and the diagnostic process so future customers do not have to endure a similar experience.
