  I brought my 2024 Escalade in unannounced for a oil change Alejandro (Alex) Padilla was very friendly and professional and took care of me immediately, he had my oil changed and I was back on the road and less than 40 minutes. Alejandro is a Service Manager at Clay Cooley Cadillac Mesquite and I’ll be calling him directly every time I need something done in Service, Great work Alejandro, you are an asset to your organization All the best Vince

  This dealership trying to scam on clients, I went there yesterday to buy a 2026 Cadillac Escalade and they add about $14K hidden fees plus the sales tax once I asked for this fees details the trying to play around and one more thing they were pushing me to finance with TD Bank, when I told them I want to get this car through another bank they refused, I recommend for everyone looking to buy a car don’t go there.

  Had a great experience speaking with Chase, it was enlightening speaking with him since he allowed me to express myself fully and he was very considerate. He made time for me to express my concern and was very professional about it. It speaks volume that he reached out to me personally. Moving forward i will be doing business with Clay Cooley Cadillac in mesquite since i was treated like a customer should be treated. Thank You again Chase.

  Ronnie was a great help, my experience was 5 stars. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, he didn’t try to change my mind or upsell me gave me great insight into the car I was interested in and worked so diligently as soon as he shook my hand until I drove off of the lot. He was so personable and is genuinely great at his job. This was the first car buying experience that I have ever left feeling like I was heard and not anxious, stressed, or flustered. Ronnie was a great salesman, my finance director Tyler was expedient and knowledgeable, even my vanilla latte was excellent! I will definitely send any and everybody I know here for their next car purchase.
