This one the 12mm screw of panel when I got home I checked, last time was black pin of the front cover. Just got the pin to cover and this time missing other stuffs. I dont know how much I keep spending extra money beside the service oil change. The employees are nice but the service today is great. Last 2 times I missed 2 different stuffs. I was thinking getting rid of this service brand. So sick of it!!! Waiting 20 mins last service, today was pretty quick.... 👎👎

I went yesterday for a standard oil change and amidst the decent service, I got home to notice what looked like the cabin air filter cover removed and still sitting on the front seat. I called to notify them at the end of day upon realizing this and they were very cordial. They asked me to bring my car back next day and they’d get it put back on. I arrived and it was raining already pretty badly, I don’t recall me having the window down but it was a quick fix (amidst the inconvenience of having to come back to get this really minor thing done). As I was getting in the car to leave my window was half way down and water had drenched the whole drivers side and seat. I spoke to the technicians and said that I really was trying to have patience and professionalism toward this whole thing and that this was absolutely not a good way to start the day/nor was it good customer service. Additionally, I said they should take this feedback and try to do better so that this doesn’t happen again. With all that said, I won’t be returning for my next oil change at this location.
