  Jada and Jesus treated me incredibly well! Both were unbelievably friendly and took their time with me, even though I was late in the day on a Friday. I seriously was impressed with their professionalism, kindness and upbeat attitude they both had late on a Friday afternoon. The car was super clean as well. Just a great job all around.

  The Forest Lane location is top notch from pick up to return to all the explanations in between. This is the 3rd time I have used them for different reasons over the years.

  On my first visit to pickup my rental the Branch Manager Ryan P. seemed like he was pretending to be busy when I walked in. After an associate walked in to assist me. At that point Ryan began helping another customer. I Expressed to the associate that I had reserved a totally different vehicle class. I wasn’t interested in the vehicle because my personal vehicle is a luxury sport sedan and the SUV would be a very different driving experience. After requesting a change to a luxury sedan Ryan interjected into the conversation with the associate explaining that none was available and I was getting a better deal. The suv wasn’t the best on fuel and it wasn’t what I preferred due to how sluggish it drove. Because my schedule was so busy I had to take what was given. I always opt for the extra insurance so 15 days in a vehicle that I didn’t enjoy wasn’t cheap or enjoyable. During my second visit to return the vehicle he did the same thing . The difference was that I was the only customer in the lobby. I decided to make a trip to the restroom while waiting on him to finish pretending like he was too busy to assist me. Once another associate walked into the building to assist me Ryan walked out of the door. It was very clear that he avoided me both times. The Assistant Manager Jada G. was very polite and inquired about my experience with the rental. I explained that it wasn’t my favorite because my personal vehicle is a luxury sport sedan and the SUV was very different driving experience. She apologized and offered a discount for my inconvenience. If I was reviewing my experience solely on Jada and the other associate I would have given a much higher rating. I don’t plan to visit this location again.
