  I went to them for a wheels alignment and had an amazing experience! They fixed all of the issues that the Rowlett location couldn’t figure out. Manager Chris, mechanic Jesus, and Jerry are fantastic, and I missed seeing Kaleb this time. This is honestly the best team I have ever met. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and keep the shop very clean. Thank you gentlemen ! Highly recommend!

  Chris J is fantastic. I had poor work done at the Brakes Plus in Wylie which resulted in additional work to be done. After having my brakes done at the Wylie location 2 months ago, and continuous squeaking, it was determined I needed new front pads and rotors due to "poor workmanship" at the other location. Chris took care of everything and replaced the front pads and rotors at no additional cost. I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and commitment to making things right. Thank you, Chris, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Great customer service!
