- JCJorge Carrillo4 days ago1.0This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this AutoZone. I came in to pick up an online order, which should have been quick, but the staff were rude, cold, and unprofessional. I understand people can have bad days, but I was polite and still felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. It seemed like they didn’t want to help or even acknowledge me. Most of the employees appeared young, which isn’t the issue, basic customer service and respect still matter. Instead, I felt like I was bothering them just by being there. I’ve shopped at AutoZone many times before, but this visit makes me not want to return to this location. Management should pay attention to how customers are being treated.
