    I had a great experience at AutoZone on Broadway Boulevard in Garland. I was driving from San Antonio to Missouri when I noticed my truck was struggling to start and suspected the batteries were getting weak. I stopped in to have them tested, and it turned out both batteries needed to be replaced. Reuben immediately stepped in to help. He quickly tested both batteries, explained the results, and got me taken care of right away. He replaced both batteries efficiently and had me back on the road much faster than I expected. Will was also extremely helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was handled professionally. When you're on a long road trip, great customer service can make all the difference. Reuben and Will turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help is truly appreciated. I highly recommend this AutoZone location and want to thank both of them for getting me safely back on the road.

    This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this AutoZone. I came in to pick up an online order, which should have been quick, but the staff were rude, cold, and unprofessional. I understand people can have bad days, but I was polite and still felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. It seemed like they didn’t want to help or even acknowledge me. Most of the employees appeared young, which isn’t the issue, basic customer service and respect still matter. Instead, I felt like I was bothering them just by being there. I’ve shopped at AutoZone many times before, but this visit makes me not want to return to this location. Management should pay attention to how customers are being treated.
