  Extremely Poor Customer Service Very disappointed with my experience at AutoZone today. The customer service was terrible, and the employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. I bought a spray paint and asked before purchasing if I could return it if the color didn’t match. He said yes. About 10 minutes later, I returned the unused spray paint with my receipt, but he refused the return and told me, “Go to Home Depot for used stuff.” The attitude and disrespect were completely unnecessary. I understand stores have return policies, but there is absolutely no reason to treat a customer this way. Very bad customer service. I will think twice before coming back to AutoZone.

  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone and wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible customer service I received. It turned what could have been a stressful trip into a smooth and positive experience. The combination of a clean store, organized inventory, and exceptional staff made a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this AutoZone location to anyone looking for automotive parts, supplies, or expert assistance.
