Pésimo servicio y trato al cliente. El personal (señora) de la tienda atiende de una manera sumamente agresiva, grosera y ofensiva cuando uno va a consultar por herramientas o soporte básico para el auto. No tienen ninguna educación ni ganas de ayudar. Es una lástima de lugar. Mejor me fui a la competencia (O’Reilly) donde sí saben tratar a la gente con respeto. Eviten esta locura de tienda

Give that man, Anthony Guzman, a raise!! My car battery died really late in the evening, and I didn’t think I could get it replaced since it was too late. I was initially denied by the another employee here. As I was about to buy the battery at the register, Anthony offered to help in changing the battery. Literally took him 5 mins. Excellent customer service! Really impressed.

The worker that helped was a young man, ( he was great lil quiet but soon I found out why). He had a bully coworker older guy Joseph(?) he actually was watching the young worker like waiting for him to do something wrong. Then he accidentally did something wrong rung up the wrong way and the older guy was watching him do it, and then jumped him in front of the customer about how he is going to get wrote up. This was very inappropriate someone should talk to the older guy about how to manage. There was no communication with the customer upon entry of the Autozone like the evening shift. Been coming to Auozone since the late 90’s this is the first time I have had to post a review that is negative. The guy is young help him learn the job not criticize him in front of customers ….
