Official Port of Galveston SMP Garage is the only multi-level cruise parking garage serving Terminals 25 and 28. Located at 25th Street and Harborside Drive, it offers approximately 400 spaces across 6 levels. ALL LEVELS ARE COVERED EXCEPT THE TOP LEVEL, WHICH IS UNCOVERED. It is steps from the terminals, so shuttle service is not provided. All parking is first come, first served. ADA parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
